Great location, near the old city, very nice apartment and very helpful and welcoming host.

Pros: Very pleasant stay at a great location, just few steps from the entrance in the heart of the old city. Comfortable, all necessary amenities, the host is very welcoming and full of useful tips on local food, restaurants, transport, cultural sites, beach access, basically all you need to know for a first visit. The train station and bus stops as well as bike rental are all easy to find. You can store bikes in the hallway if needed.

Cons: The stairs in the building are a bit challenging when arriving with luggage, the apartment is at the third floor, though you get a privilege of a rooftop view access.

OK for a short stay, helpful owner

Pros: Very central location, close to the touristic center. A lot of nice local, less touristy eateries around, and a short walk to the supermarket.

Cons: There was quite unpleasant smell from the pipes (closing the sink saved our stay there). Getting up there, especially with heavy luggage, might be problematic for older and/or less fit people.

Pros: The location in perfect. The host is super nice and helping person. Hihlgy recommend it!

Very happy I chose Valencian Dreams

Pros: You will be hard pressed to find a review of this property that does not describe the host Juan, as a star. Indeed he is and all the compliments to him are both accurate and deserved. However, the property is also as described and an excellent choice. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores etc nearby. The entrance to Ciutat Vella at Portal de Quart is within a minute's walk. Warmly recommended and would stay again.

Cons: It is mentioned in the property description that there is no elevator, if you have mobility issues the stairs will be very challenging Don't let that deter anyone else.

Pros: Juan the host is unbelievable! Beat recommendations for everything for paella to tapas to attractions! What a gem he is truly the gem of this property I can’t wait to return

Pros: Juan is the most likeable host, it's noticeable he really cares about his guests and will explain everything you need to know about Valencia! The flat is perfectly located, it's comfortable and there's even a shop just 50m away. I totally recommend
