Great stay. Would definitely pick again and recommend.

Pros: We liked everything about the flat. The location, the equipment. The flat is in the first floor with lift. Close by to the old part of town. You have everything close by. The host, Irene, is amazing. Was able to accomadate our very late arrival at midnight and always reachable if we had any questions.

Cons: The only thing which could use an upgrade are the beds. Not comfortable and ususally I can sleep anywhere.

Nice Valencian apartment with great location for exploring the city.

Pros: The apartment was spacious with 2 separate rooms and a living room and not on a ground floor, which was a rare find, during my search for a stay in Valencia. Large wardrobes, fully equipped kitchen suitable for longer stays. My son got sick upon arrival and I'll be forever grateful for the chamomile tea that was available. Location is perfect as a base to explore the city - 10minutes walk from Ciutat Vella. The tiny terrace was very charming. Next to the building there is a little restaurant that serves breakfast (we didn't try it), but it's a good option, a little frutas store across the street is also available till late hours.

Cons: The master bedroom looks across the street, which could be quite noisy during early hours but it's manageable. This is not a con for the apartment itself - just for info. I would recommend a better cleaning service as the kettle had limestone and at some spots there was dust.

Amazing Stay – Perfect Location & Wonderful Host

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore everything. Irine is a truly kind and welcoming host, always available for any information or assistance. The apartment itself is spacious and extremely comfortable for two people. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including tea and coffee for a nice morning start. In one word – amazing! A truly superb experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I warmly recommend it!

Pros: It was a perfect apartment for our stay in Valencia. Very close to old town, 10 minutes of easy walk. It was a bonus that one room is not facing a street so it I could sleep well. Kitchen is very well equiped.

Pros: This is a great place to stay! The apartment itself is really spacious and the location is fantastic.

Cons: Unfortunately the main bedroom is at the front facing a street that is noisy at night. Luckily, the apartment has 2 bedrooms so we where able to sleep in the other bedroom however it was twin beds.

Very helpful host and great apartment.

Pros: Irene allowed us to drop off our bags early while she sorted the accomodation out. The location is excellent just located about 5 minutes from a metro station with a lift to the first floor. The kitchen is well equiped. The wifi is excellent. There is a Mercadona about 5 minutes away, also local shops close by. The area has many bars. It is about a 6 minute walk to the Old town.

Cons: It took a bit of digging to work out the wifi password (back of the router). The street was noisy but this was Fallas. There is busy footfall on the street due to the location and the numerous bars so be warned.

Pros: Location was fine, walking distance to plenty of bars & cafes.

Convenient, comfortable old quarter nearby

Pros: Easy walk to old quarter sights, great restaurants in area, convenient bus, metro, beds comfortable, good closets and bathroom

Cons: Radiator heat a bit finicky but was able to reset it, instructions on how to use washer/dryer would be useful, ear plugs pretty much needed for main street bathroom

Super stay in Botanic

Pros: Well located in the barrio Botanic, very spacious and with separate kitchen. Everything you need is there. Short distance to the city centre.

Cons: Some nights it was a bit noisy outside. The couch is not very comfortable.

Pros: The apartment is well located, near the old city, we did not need any extra transportation. The service is just amazing, the host is very friendly and communicative, we checked in and out easily. The host was waiting us and supported us from the day we booked, we received confirmation and also very useful information concerning transportation, also the host made sure we had everything set up. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone !!
