Pros: - Close to beach - Nice bed - Big TV - nice shower - everything looked clean

Cons: - The Appartment is directly next to the street, which is noisy. Fortunetly I got used to it. But still louder than I expected. - There was a weird artificial smell in the Appartment that I couldn't locate and even after a week didn't vanish. - there could be more kinds of plates

Pros: Location, location, location 👍👍 They did a free full cleaning of the apartment (including changing all towels and bed linen) in the middle of my 2 weeks stay. Close to the beach, shops, bags lockers, restaurants

Pros: Beautiful place, very cozy and comfortable. Everything needed for a stay was there. The position is perfect for both visiting the city (the metro is near and in 10 minutes it can take you to the city centre) and going to the beautiful playas of Valencia. There is a market nearby very useful for everything you need.

Pros: Very nice place, grocery store near, bus stop near, cafe and restaurant near, beach near. Apartment had everything, from heating/air conditioning, washing machine, to fully equipped kitchen. Working FREE Netflix account with very big TV!!!

Cons: Had some issues with free wifi, but it was solved fast. Internet speed not the best, but it’s OK. Something with the smell from shower, I guess whole house had these issues.

Pros: Шикарное расположение: близко к морю, близко к транспорту, относительно близко к супермаркету. Очень чисто. Превосходно удобная кровать, пляжные принадлежности, хорошая бытовая техника. Удобная душевая с принадлежностями. Могу смело рекомендовать апартаменты. Для двоих то что нужно! Следующее посещение Валенсии в первую очередь буду рассматривать именно эти апартаменты.

Cons: Сильно шумно. Утром за стенкой начинает работать СТО. Ночью постоянно ездят существа на транспорте без глушителя и всю ночь стукают мусоровозы опустошая контейнеры.

Excellent séjour

Pros: L appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer et des transports en commun pour se rendre dans le centre ville. L appartement est spacieux, propre avec tous le nécessaire ( draps , serviettes, gel douche …). Nous avons trouvé facilement des places gratuites pour se garer.

Cons: Problème d odeur des canalisations, nous avons mis un couvercle dans la douche pour atténuer cette odeur.
