Very good place for few days with family

Pros: Very close to tram stop which is connected with subway end station. 10 minutes walk from the beach, shops. Quite a few restaurances around the area. Very good contact with the host. Clear instructions how to get into the flat. Flat is equipped with everything what is needed to spend a few nice days in Valencia with the family. Equipment was working well, nothing was broken. Very clean. Everything well prepared for visitors. I am only not a fan of mattresses used but maybe it is a matter of my personal prefferences. My wife says that they were ok ;-)

Pros: The owners very kind and helpful, the apartment of a decent size, well equipped with basic things for the stay, such as shampoo, soap, kitchen roll, baking paper, alu foil, salt, tea, coffee, etc.

Pros: Very nice flat 5 min walking from the beach. Loads of space, fully equipped with toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee machines etc. Easy way to check in and check out and very friendly and helpful owners. Oh, also umbrellas for the beach and some beach towels too. I definitely recommend this place for a group of friends

Pros: El apartamento estaba limpisimo, bien comunicado, cerca de restaurantes, bares, tranvía y autobuses para ir a cualquier punto, los anfitriones muy amables y atentos, sin complicaciones en el checking, genial!! Muy recomendable, volveremos😊

Cons: El aparcamiento es un poco complicado, pero hemos ido en época de fallas, en un par de vueltas encontramos aparcamiento y no tuvimos que mover el coche, muy buena conexión con bus y tranvía
