Overall, great host, good facilities bar the broken blind and shower door, convenient location

Pros: Host was very helpful and friendly, location was handy being right night to a metro station and plenty of cheap bars along with a supermarket round the corner, and great air con in the flat.

Cons: Some facilities were usable but slightly broken, for example a blind in the bedroom with the balcony was broken when we arrived, along with the shower door. These we slightly inconvenient but nothing too bad.

So close to the airport

Pros: This apartment had 3 bedrooms and an open kitchen/sitting room. It was very close to the airport, only about 10 minutes drive from the airport and about the same maybe a little more into the city centre. The meto was right around the corner. The AC worked well in the sitting room. The location was so close to shops it was very handy. We didn't cook as we were only there for a quick nights stop over. The apartment was very good value for money.

Pros: The position near the metro station is great. Access to the building with keys in a lockbox and to the apartment with a touch panel and access code near the door is convenient, if you travel with friends that want to come back at different times at night. The apartment is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, 3 separate bedrooms, a sofa bed, one bathroom. You get exactly what advertised, nothing less. Cleaning was good. For check-in, you receive clear instructions from the host via booking.com chat on the day you enter (from 4 pm), without the need to meet anybody. For any doubts, replies (via chat) from the host were swift. Overall, good value for money.

Cons: Upon booking confirmation, you need to sign in to a third-party website, asking you to upload your ID (for police registration) and to pay a 150 euro deposit. Nevertheless, I received the deposit back (to the same card I used to pay it) 3 days after check-out, upon confirmation from the host that check-out was ok (no damage to the property or so).

Pros: The flat has a good location, the host was in contact to help us.

Pros: Posizione vicina alla metropolitana, personale gentile e disponibile, appartamento abbastanza grande

Cons: Appartamento poco isolato acusticamente, le camere non sono dotate di finestre e le lenzuola sono piccole, zona fuori dal centro (20 minuti a piedi)

Pros: posizione ottima attaccato alla metro rossa che porta in centro e che arriva direttamente dall'aeroporto. Check in e out automatico ed entrata con codice nell'appartamento. Anche se non li abbiamo visti di persona i proprietari sono stati super disponibili per tutte le nostre richieste Appartamento aveva tutto il necessario

Cons: appartamento forse un po' vecchio stile. Mancava una coperta anche se eravamo in 7 (la proprietaria ha cercato di risolvere tale inconveniente e si è scusata tanto) Richiedono una caparra virtuale di 150 euro collegandosi ad un link e ora sto aspettando restituzione post soggiorno. non ci sono caloriferi ma solo un condizionatore che ha anche da pompa di calore, le camere erano abbastanza fredde. Forse sarebbe meglio dare una coppia di chiavi del portone e non solo una (eravamo in 7 e la gestione è stata complicata)

Pros: Gezellig appartement op een top locatie. 100m van de metro en op 10min in centrum Valentia.

Pros: 距离地铁站非常近，交通很方便，所在的社区有很多便利店，生活也很方便。 3个房间很舒适，厨房有微波炉，感觉很温馨。 房间本身的价格有性价比，但是算上服务费清洁费税，一下子贵了很多。 总体上来说，是一个令人满意的住宿体验。

Cons: 在房东给的网站注册后，不知道一切是否正常顺利，有点担心。
