Pros: Appartment was clean, spacious and airy. Had all the facilities to cook food, prepare coffee

Cons: No parking. The public parking is always full and each time it took atleast 30 min to find a parking spot. The bed is not comfortable. The mattress is very old and saggy hence had a back pain.

Value for money for a short stay in Valencia

Pros: Very accessible, close by the stations and reachable by several bus lines.

Cons: strange setting of one inner window, but once you get used to it, it is ok.

Good location but noisy street

Pros: it was close to many supermarkets and transport links.

Cons: Was not aware that as soon as you open the front door you are in the bedroom. also didn't like that there isn't a door that separate bedroom from rest of property. the street is very noisy and there is no sound proofing so you can hear everything from outside.

Pros: Buena ubicación y Sparta,ento con todo lo necesario y es bonito. Todo limpio.

Cons: La cisterna del baño quedaba sonando cada vez que se tira la cadena. Falta de perchas para colgar ropa en el armario.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y con todo tipo de menaje de cocina, toallas y sábanas así como ropa de cama de abrigo. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y WiFi. Ningún tipo de ruido de los vecinos. Para repetir.

Cons: Lo único malo es el aparcamiento. Es una zona en la que es muy difícil aparcar.
