Pros: The experience overall was very positive. I’ve stayed a long weekend for Valencia Marathon. Every night it was very easy to find parking space close to the building. Also, being able to use the property’s washing machine and a dryer was an absolute blessing. Check in easy and in person. There’s a supermarket very close to the property which was handy.

Pros: Nice place! Close to metro and buses for all important places. Walking distance from Bioparc Valencia. Quite place.

Pros: Firstly good communication with host, they had already shared perfect direction from airport and how to get there from the metro, was greeted with a smile, communicated through a translation app but that didn't cause any problems, rooms all lovely, beds comfy, although we didn't use them but had washer machine and dryer for a longer stay so can travel light

Cons: Would have loved mirrors in bedrooms, and a proper shower enclosure, and just note if you want to cook there is only a hob and microwave, no oven but we worked around that so no problem to us

Pros: Big apartment close to Biopark with free on-street parking.

Cons: Host don't speak English, however we're able to understand each other.

I spent three beautiful and peaceful days

Pros: The apartment is good in terms of its proximity to transportation and the market. The metro station is 400 meters away, which goes to the airport and the city center.

Renovated apartment!

Pros: The apartment has been recently renovated. The floor/walls and bathroom are new. Everything is in very good condition. The home appliances are from good brands (such as Philips, Samsung, etc) and not cheap stuff like it is seen in similar accommodations. The kitchen´s cabinets are not new, however they are ok. Bianca keeps the apartment really clean, that is rare nowadays in similar places. Bus stops and metro stations are 2 blocks away and quite convenient. Same with supermarkets. Bianca is a lovely lady.

Cons: The neighbourhood is dodgy. The area is deteriorated (facades of buildings are wrecked, exposed wires and cables, rubbish and dog´s feces around) and you must watchout for pick pockets. Daylight is ok to walk on the street but I would NOT go out in the evening with my wife and kids. If you are with friends or are used to rough places (such as South America, Africa, etc) then you should not worry. I find important to share this information because I did not read such stuff before I booked it since I focused on the apartment conditions only. On the way from the train station to the accommodation, the taxi driver gave me the heads up about the area and I confirmed afterwards. In addition, it takes around 1h or more by bus or metro to \

Pros: The location is perfect, it’s near a metro station and it’s easy to get around the city. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. It was super clean and confortable.

Cons: There is no oven.

Pros: Struttura molto accogliente e pulita, signora molto disponibile nonostante il volo abbiamo fatto ritardo.

Pros: Posizione ottima per il centro, metro e autobus sono vicinissimi e comunque in mezz'oretta di cammino si arriva in centro a piedi volendo.

Cons: La tenda in bagno al posto del box..
