Beautiful hotel in the perfect location.

Pros: This boutique hotel was an absolute pleasure. The room we were allocated was stunning with lots of period features. The best part though was the location as it was right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to walk to virtually all places of interest. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful room, tastefully decorated at an awesome location.

Pros: Beautiful room, tastefully decorated at an awesome location. 10 mins walk to metro station (Xativa) and despite being right in the middle of the city centre, surprisingly quiet at night. Comfy beds, we had a good sleep. Good shower.

Cons: Limited reception times but good communication how to access if arriving outside these times. What we missed in the room were coffee/tea making facilities in the room (like kettle and cups, or even a glass to drink some water), as well as a small fridge.

A little Gem in a great location.

Pros: The property is well placed and near many of the sights there are also buses nearby and metro stop some 10min walk away. The place was clean and the owner and other staff were nice, also very quiet aside from the street noise from time to time but thats just how it is. I'd happily stay again if coming to the city, place had everything I needed and more cozy and chill than a chain hotel for sure.

It was utterly perfect!

Pros: So loved our stay! We had a wonderful welcome from Afreca .... and a hug when we left! Our room was just lovely, well thought out, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect too. A marvellous find!

A very homely stay in centre ov València

Pros: Perfect location in the centre of the old town, close to everything. Africa was so helpful & gave us lots of recommendations. Very accommodating also as we could leave our luggage on check out- late flight

Our wonderful stay in Valencia

Pros: The Owner/Staff was absolutely wonderful she (Africa) spoke perfect English, was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The location was almost in the centre of town with a great view from the balcony. Perfect!

Cons: Although not a deal breaker, but noise level at the front of the hotel could be noisy early morning as it was the main through route for traffic. That being said, a back room, although having less noise, would not give the wonderful view we had.
