Pros: Smooth checkin, kind staff, comfortable room and very clean shared bathrooms. In the middle of the center, next to a metro station so the location couldn't be better. Quite silent even being in the center.
Cons: No negative aspects for me.

Very good price-quality value
Pros: Location is great, right next to the metro (direct from the airport), right in the historical center, a lot of cafes and restaurants closeby. The room looked as in pictures, it's okay for few nights stay, not for very long ones. There are two bathrooms with showers, some washing products, haird dryer. Everything was kept clean, but it's not the most modern building, so some usage is visible. The towels and linen are provided. As a single female traveler I felt very safe.
Cons: The building and rooms are a bit outdated. There's no heating, but if you're sigtseeing it's not a problem (there was an extra blanket to cover). The room could use a full wardrobe or fullsize mirror, there are only hangers attached to the wall. One of the bathrooms has glass stained doors, which could be replaced for some more privacy and the kitchen has only one electric travel stove.

Very good
Pros: Managers were very friendly. Nice people. One of the shared bathrooms is very comfortable to use. Cool small shared terrace. Excellent location.
Cons: Would be nice to have some rope in the room to hang swimwear to dry after the beach. Also, weren't much furniture in the room were to put things.

Pros: I just loved this place. Was like stepping back in time, a typical valencian pension. Even though somewhat dated, the shared facilities were great, the bed was super comfy, there was a lovely little terrace, and super cute original features. The staff were really helpful, I was travelling with my dog, and was made to feel very welcome. Great location in the centre, near train station/shopping and places of interest, would definitely stay again.

More of a hostel than a b&b but very good value
Pros: Kitchen facilities available and a communal seating area. Books available to borrow. Very hot water and clean facilities. Comfortable bed. Good value for a short stay. Very central but not noisy after midnight (in April).
Cons: Sometimes had to wait for a free bathroom. The host didn't have any English but was friendly. The room was v sparse, no drawers or cupboard or TV but once we realised it is more of a hostel than a b&b it was fine.

Pros: Location is really good, view from the room is nice, directly on the plaza de toros. Maria is really friendly and gave us some recommendations on where to go eat and what to see/visit

Pros: Perfect location - i could enjoy the Las Fallas festival a few times per day as was so central from the main plaza; it was very convenient with walking and taking public transport! The staff was very kind and cared about the place and their customers.

Great would come back
Pros: Very well kept, great location next to metro and in the old town, the staff were very helpful and rooms were basic but very comfortable. You can get a train, the no. 3/5 from the airport directly there, it takes 20mins Also had two bathrooms to share between 5 rooms with two showers that were cleaned every morning and evening and showers had nice hot water. Located on the 1st floor so not a lot of steps to climb which was nice Check in is available from 10am but rooms (if someone just stayed) are ready and cleaned at 2pm, thats no problem though as you can leave bags with staff
Cons: Everything was great, didn't love the idea of shared bathrooms but for the price it was perfect and they're all clean. If you book the twin room it's at the back of the property and has big (blurred) windows that connect to smoking/ courtyard area, wasn't noisy though so no issues
