Pros: Great location,spacious room,really big bathroom (shared).

Pros: Good location almost in the old centre. Central market cannot be missed :-)

Cons: A little bit more walking from metro stations if your don't know how the buses work.

Pros: The Owner of the place is very nice and helpful :) The room is clean and has air conditioning, it’s placed next to the market, the localisation is great!

Cons: not the owner’s fault but the bathroom was really dirty and stinky

Pros: Really nice bedrooms and big bathrooms. Also a nice kitchen with a fridge so you can store things.

Cons: There is no cleaning while your there, so same towels for the stay.

Amazing service

Pros: The service was one of the nicest we've had. We had to check in at very short notice, but they were very flexible. They were also quick to respond when we had a small problem.

Cons: There was a kitchen but it would have been nicer to have a kettle there.

Simple, well-located accommodation

Pros: The location is perfect and the rooms are simple but clean. We were also told, when asking to leave our bags there after checking out, that we could leave them in the room and keep the key until we left in the evening. We really appreciated that. Thank you!

Cons: All contact was via phone. We never saw a single member of staff and checking in and out wasn’t clear until we reached out to them via WhatsApp. The shared bathroom also had quite a dirty wet floor.

In general, our stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

Pros: It was very well located, a few steps from the central market and from the main attractions of the city center. Services, bars, banks, restaurants and transport services all nearby. The host was a very communicative and attentive person. The place in general is very pleasant, organized and clean. Peace and silence abound. It is an ideal place for those travelers who are passing through Valencia and want to rest comfortably.

Cons: We didn’t like the cleanliness of the bathrooms, since they are shared bathrooms, we hoped that they would be more concerned that they remain clean most of the time. It's a bit unpleasant to find the floor wet or hair in the sink. It is recommended that they hire a cleaning staff that is always available at the hotel.

Enjoyable stay in value for money accommodation.

Pros: Great location. Value for money. Good air conditioning provision and good communication regarding internet password and how to work the television.

Pros: My plane got cancelled on that day so I didn’t have any chance to come to the apartment to stay there. The host was understanding the situation and really helped me to clarify and solve the situation. I am more than happy with this experience and will for sure visit his property next time, not only to say thank you, but as well to experience the stay there. After this amazing service/treatment and communication this time, I can only imagine an amazing stay there :) thank you very much
