Apartamento con vistas a la Marina Real

Valencia is amazing and that apartment it's definitely a good starting point to explore it :)

Pros: Definitely the most highlighted advantege of the apertmenet it's location, the beach just few hundred meters, or even the sience museum is within walking distance (~2km), the old town is about half an hour by bus. The apartement is easily can be reached by public transport as well and have an outlook to palmtrees and towards to the harbour. Shops, restaurants are easily available. Our plane was arriving in the morning and they were flexible to let us move in earlier. It was a big surprise (we didn't know that) because the guy who handled over the keys was my high school classmate :).

Cons: On the arriving, half a day the heating was not working, we had to find out how to fix it (it would be better, to check and fix it before somebody come). The guy who handled over the key was help us to fix it. Some of the nights was a bit noisy due to the street life. The windows were a bit old and didn't close properly, which resulted in less effective insulation.

Pros: Location of the apt is perfect. The beach is not far and the city center is also easy to reach.

Pros: The property exceeded my expectations in terms of location and availibility. The host communicate very easy, the property is large enough and the view is extremelly pleasant..It is very well equipped with everything you need, even much like washing machine

We loved it, if you know what to expect.

Pros: Location in the area of Maritim was superb to us. We had a great time there and the public traffic system is perfectly reachable (literally 4 bus stations around the corner). Bath is nice and clean. The morning Sun in the living room is great, nice spot and view from the balkony. The multiple bus stations just around the corner (only 0,40€ per drive with the suma-10 card).

Cons: We are experienced in staying in older houses in spain and therefore we expected it to get noisy in the flat. We were right. With some earplugs we found sleep. But be warned, the well organized valencian-silence-destroing-alliance is working all night long (street cleaners equipped with pressure washers, multiple garbage collection nearly EVERY NIGHT, glas containers in front of the house, last but not least some party people..). Well, honestly, we had a really great time, but we needed ear plugs to make it great (again). We had to buy a few basic things we expected to be there already, just small dosis would have been great (no dish liquid at all, no wooden cooking equipment - which leads to the next point: no useable pan (unless you want some teflon flakes in your dish), only one existing towel for the kitchen at all). Only one pair of keys for a flat for four people works, but took us a lot of organizing since we not always stood together..

Great location, really nice host

Pros: The apartment is so well positioned and close to the beach, with a very nice view in a nice neighbourhood. The host was very supportive and let us leave the luggage at the apartment ahead of checkin. We really enjoyed staying here. It is a good place to experience living like a local.

Fijn verblijf tijdens marathon

Pros: Aan de haven gelegen, ruim appartement, voorzieningen in keuken en eetkamer, alles was voorzien voor een fijne vijfdaagse. Ook de service van David is het vermelden waard. We zijn hem zeer dankbaar voor wat hij voor ons gedaan heeft. Thanks David !!

Pros: Locatie was top, tussen strand en centrum. Openbaar vervoer en lekker eten binnen loopafstand.

Pros: Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso, luminoso e pulito.

Cons: Niente

Cons: De badkamer was erg klein en het 2 persoonsbed was ook erg klein.
