A very enjoyable and comfortable stay, location was amazing and the hosts were lovely!!

Pros: Very modern and beautiful interior, hosts left us snacks and made sure we knew how to work the aircon etc. Property also provided beach towels and other useful items. Hosts were very lovely and friendly !

Cons: Would have liked Spotify on the TV, but that is only a small thing.

Pros: Everything was perfectly prepared for turists, we were very pleasantly surprised. The accommodation was very modern and stylish but also cozy, everything was new and clean. There was even fully equipped kitchen with welcome snacks. Parasol and beach towels are also provided. The bathroom was beautiful with stone details and moody lightning.The apartment has a small terrace oriented towards the inner block with seating and for drying laundry. Robby (the host) was very friendly and ready to resolve any problems we had. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and parties, excellent access to bus and tram stop. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to others!

Pros: This is very beautiful, tasteful, cozy and super comfortable apartment - you feel at home from the moment the hosts are greeting you at the door! They have thought about everything including milk and cold drinks to welcome you after travel! The apartment is brand new, designed for relaxed and easy stay - I applaud the way it was renovated with windows in bathroom, kitchen and bedroom facing small patio setting in natural light and adding to the charm. It was our 10th stay in Valencia and certainly the best place we have rented to date - highly recommended for adult family loving city break in excellent location! Cons: All was perfect!

Heel aangenaam modern appartement. Zeer lieve eigenaars die graag helpen.

Pros: De netheid en moderne apparatuur en zeker het bed.

Cons: Geen uitzicht. En moeilijk om handdoeken te drogen.

Pros: Lep apartma na ugodni lokaciji. Blizu je plaža, restavracije, pekarna, trgovine in avtobusna postaja.

Einfach super, schön und sauber. Hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Pros: Das geräumige Appartement war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es waren sogar Getränke eingekühlt und es gab kleine Snacks und Marmelade und Honig sowie Kaffee und Tee. Auch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine waren vor Ort. Die Lage ist einfach super. Es sind ca. 15 Gehminuten zum schönen Strand und 5 min zum Bus und ca. 10 - 15 Min. zur Metro und ca. 10 min zu 2 verschiedenen Supermärkten. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels hat super geklappt, obwohl sich die Ankunftszeit von uns geändert hat und es wurde uns im Appartement alles gezeigt sogar der erste Hilfe Korb und das Nähzeug - sehr netter Kontakt – sehr gerne wieder.

Cons: Nichts.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Pros: Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und großzügige Gastgeber, die einen persönlichen Kontakt wertschätzen und sich damit erfreulich von der Masse absetzen. Die im Erdgeschoss liegende Wohnung ist baulich auf dem neuesten Stand, gut zugänglich, hat eine gute Lage, ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail.

Perfect, beautiful place close to the beach but also good transportation to the city

Pros: The apartment has everything you might need for a comfortable holidy! It was really clean and well equipped from pots to beach umbrella...even got some snacks as a welcome! Communication was great and smooth, the host is super nice! Supermarket, pharmacy, bars and the beach are only a few minutes of walk. Public transport as well, bus and tram right there, metro station to the airport is also a short 10 minute walk away. We happend to come at a time of flood warning due to extreme amount of rain, resulting in a minor leek in the bathroom in the evening, but the host came and fixed it right away with no issues. We even got a little we are sorry gift(even though we didn't think it necessary, it was A LOT of rain...) it was really thoughtful and we really appreciated i! Would come back here for sure! :)

Super locatie en studio

Pros: zeer fijne communicatie met eigenaar. Aan alles was gedacht. De studio heeft 1 open slaapkamer en een bedbank. Volledig ingerichte keuken met de eerste levensbehoeften. Top geregeld. Er lagen zelfs handdoeken en een parasol voor het strand. Deze is op 10 minuten loopafstand. Het centrum met OV ook goed bereikbaar. Super locatie.
