If the bathroom doesn’t bother you then a couple of small tweaks and I would rate this apartment as perfect

Pros: Spotlessly clean, modern with everything one needs. Good communication with owner. Well decorated.

Cons: Bedrooms upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Very low ceilings in bedrooms. 2nd bedroom poor ventilation and very warm. Sheets and towels could be replaced.

Best place to travel to if you need a relaxing holiday!!!!! <3

Pros: Our stay was excellent. Judith was very helpful, always responding promptly to our requests, and made us feel at home. The apartment is located between the port and Las Arenas beach, close to the tram stop for reaching the city center. There was a great atmosphere, even in the evenings near the beach; there were many young people, tourists, and locals, even until late. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time in the apartment and will definitely return.

Pros: The property was in the exact location myself friend and I were looking for. When we arrived we were greeted with a very friendly lady who introduced us to the property and then left us to settle in. It was perfect for our trip to Valencia and we had everything we needed for our stay. I would most definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Valencia.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property.

Pros: Communication with owners was very well and they were more than helpful, place was clean and comfortable, kitchen was great. Location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach, with a grocery store near by. Cafes and restaurants within minutes of the apartment. Low ceiling is not a problem for us. Very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very helpful and replied to messages promptly.

Pros: It was in a good central location with easy public transport links. It was spotlessly clean.

Fantastic memorable relaxing stay

Pros: Our host was very nice. They helped in late check in (11 PM) and explained about all appliances. Next day they brought us another fan as summer was at its peak (35-40 degree) outside. Once you close the blinds, rooms become cool enough. Apartment is near to the beach and all other necessary amenities. Metro, market and many restaurants are near by. This place is safe and we were able to roam around late in night too.

Cons: Positioning of Air Conditioning in small living room is not great. It is a 3 bed room apartment; but rooms are small and without fan it would have been difficult to have a good sleep in such a hot weather.

Pros: Close to beach, public transport, local bars and restaurants. Quite area, good communication with host.

Pros: The apartment is in a really nice quiet, peaceful neigborhood near the beach. We we for the Fallas festival, and it was good to have a more relaxed place to stay. The apartment meets all the basic needs you may have for a short stay, and we were quite happy with our choice.

Pros: Majitelka byla velmi ochotná a vstřícná a počkala na nás s klíčem na letišti.
