Pros: Location is amazing. Very well equipped apartment (and the kitchen especially). Friendly welcome by the owner. Comfortable couch.
Cons: The walls of the adjacent Apartments are really thin, so we could hear their footsteps, crying baby etc during the day and night. The smell of the downstairs neighbours smoke.

Comfortable stay.
Pros: Comfortable clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not in the city centre but a short tram ride away. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Cons: Having to give a 150 Euro bond in cash for potential damages

Comfortable fourth floor apartment near beach and marina.
Pros: The apartment owners communicated very well through the booking com app message service. Beatriz was friendly, helpful and polite when she met us to check in and out. The apartment location was excellent for the beach and marina. It was also close to many bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a metro and bus stop right outside, with links to the city centre and other neighbourhoods. The bedroom was small, but the bed was.comfortable and the air conditioning in the lounge worked well. The bathroom was clean and modern and had a spacious shower. It was also good to have the use of cooking and laundry facilities, as well as a hairdryer and iron. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.
Cons: The bedroom could be a little warm as it did not have an air con unit. We stayed as a couple, so leaving the internal doors open to have it cooled by the main air con unit helped. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This may be an issue for some guests. It doesn't state this clearly in the description.

Wonderful place for great money!
Pros: Very close to the sea 7 minutes walk, excellent transportation, hairdryer was there, shower facilities too, except for shampoo, but everything is individual, the kitchen is available, clean, air conditioning worked, the host called in advance and met on time, everything was great
Cons: There were some noisy neighbors, but it didn't bother us much

Pros: Everything was great, apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was perfect and the host was very friendly and available. They even allowed us to check in earlier.

Very good option for 3-5 nights stay
Pros: The location is good, very close to the beach, close to a public transport. Very cozy and clean flat, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Cons: Pillows were too stiff for a good rest. A bit noisy from the street and from the fridge - but I’m sensitive to any kind of noises, so maybe it’s only my problem:)

Pros: I loved so much this cosy little apartment. It was bright and clean and just perfect. Fantastic location next to the harbour and just round the corner from the beach. I didn't want to leave. Had a very happy 3 days in Valencia. Also Roman was helpful in letting me check out a bit later and Beatrice helped me organise a taxi 🙂❤️
Cons: I have nothing negative to say. It was perfect for me.

Cons: the flat is at 3rd floor with slippery stairs and no elevator mosquitoes very thin walls and noisy neighbors
