We had a wonderful week at this property in Cabanyal!

Pros: Great location with easy access to public transport and the beach. Calm building. Very clean and friendly staff.

Cons: Had to pick up the keys at a different location in the center.

Pros: Perfect location - all the buses that se needed were near by.

Spacious apartment in a great location.

Pros: Spacious apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Good location next to groceries stores, restaurants and tram stop. Fantastic to use the clothes airer to dry our things ate swimming or after doing the laundry. A beach umbrella would be perfect (a bit hard to pack in your luggage when traveling by plan).

Cons: The photos show more than 1 appartement so your not sure what you're going to get.

Convenient and quiet.

Pros: Good service, very convenient situation, quiet except for the traffic, many good restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, tram and bus lines outside the door.

Cons: One big duvet instead of two single.

Great city for a trip with children.

Pros: Valencia is great. There is no sign of the flooding. There are many great places for children (BioPark, Oceanarium, and Gulliver Park are just examples). The hosts were very helpful. The city, people, and weather were perfect for us. It was a great time.

Pros: Valencia was wonderful and great place for vacation. We experienced no issues related to flooding. The city isn’t affected by flood. Don’t be scared, everything is perfect! Just like the hosts!

Pros: Valencia was wonderful, and thankfully, we experienced no issues related to flooding. The city felt safe and it was in great condition. Beautiful and clean apartment. The neighborhood where our apartment was located was truly stunning. Just a short stroll from the beach, we found ourselves surrounded by Valencia’s breathtaking coastline. Valencia is a city I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. We experienced an amazing nightlife, beautiful old town and neighbourhoods with a lot of good restaurants and trendy bars. The transportation system is very good, with convenient buses, trams, and metro lines. Exploring every corner of the city was effortless. Me and my friends had an amazing trip in this city!

It would be much more convenient if the apartment key could be picked up on site. It is not very convenient to go to the

Pros: The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, all equipment and appliances are in good working order. The apartment is clean. Good location, public transport stops are 2 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shops nearby, the beach is within walking distance. We had our holiday in early October with our family, we liked everything.

Pros: Very nice neighbourhood, fresh air and calm. Very close to the beach. Spacious apartment, verÿ comfortable. Hosts are extreamlÿ kind, replaced coffee machine when we reported about problem. We would love to stay there agian👍

Pros: 10 min walk distance to the beach, close to public transport, cafes, food shops, big terrace and dining room, washing machine, TV, equipped kitchen.

Cons: There is a noise from the streets and from air conditions in open window.
