Pros: Uniquely designed and it’s within a local area with many nice local cafes and restaurants. The bedding is super comfortable. It has a roof top terrace and we enjoyed having our breakfast on it with lovely sun.

Cons: The two bedrooms aren’t really separated so sound easily transfers through between the two. It was fine for us as a family, but may be a downside for people who like to sleep with no noises.

5 Star Luxury

Pros: Excellent location, a short walk to beach and lots of restaurants, cafes in the streets surrounding us. Central to get to the old town within 10 mins. Beautiful building. Very luxurious. Rooftop was added bonus, lovely to go up to early in the morning and in the afternoon. Bed was very comfortable. House had everything you would need. Antonio was very helpful with everything. Loved that we learnt the history of the house and the details of conversion. We were very lucky this was available when we booked. We will be back.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like.

Parel aan de kust

Pros: Het huis is heel mooi ingericht en ligt uit het centrum waardoor het rustig is. Er zijn voldoende winkels in de buurt. De gastheer is super behulpzaam en herkende ons toen we de straat inreden. Hij stuurde tussendoor ook nog bijkomende info en checkte zijn eerder doorgegeven restaurants (die door de kerstperiode dicht waren) en gaf prompt nieuwe suggesties. Het was de ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te bezoeken. Ook voor Albufera bood hij spontaan links aan toen hij hoorde dat we dit gingen bezoeken. Bedankt. Heel erg bedankt. Antonio.

Cons: De keuken is niet zo goed uitgerust om te kunnen deftig koken. Ook geen scherpe messen om brood te snijden bvb. Het weer kon ook beter :) waardoor we het leuke dakterras niet konden gebruiken.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit schnell erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Außerdem hat er uns viele tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt und die Zeit wirklich genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
