Beautiful restored house with terrace

Pros: I loved how there were all the resources and cleaning supplies everything was there. Very clean and lovely, host was very good and friendly. Overall would come back and recommend to everyone.

Cons: Location could be better but not complaining as much. Neighbours extremely noisy, I did not like the terrace but I’m sure most will like

Valencia is a beautiful and diverse city. A great place to visit!

Pros: The apartment is located in one of narrow streets in Cabanyal district. You can find a great Casa Montana tapas bar on the same street. You can reach beautiful beach by walk in just 10 minutes. It's close to metro and tram stations. The flat is equipped in all neccessary equipment and devices, including a washing machine and a drying machine. It is suitable for four people, with one large bed in the sleeping room and a sofa bed in the living room with kitchen. The host is very communicative and helpful. You can reach him easily through Whatsapp.

Cons: The apartment is not fully soundproofed, so you can hear people's conversations on the street and cars. It might be a bit disturbing during the night.

Pros: It is located not far from the metro and the sea. A small terrace is a bonus. The kitchen has everything you need, but I didn't cook. A comfortable big bed, I slept on it with 2 children. Clean, tidy. Thank you!

A nice stay for our first time in Valencia.

Pros: Lovely apartment & in good location for beach time. Host communication was great & check in instructions clear.

Cons: Was very light with no blind that could be pulled down over front kitchen window. Toilet seat missing a bolt so moved a bit when sat on.

Buen apartamento

Pros: La atención del propietario fue excelente, tuvimos un problema durante la estancia y enseguida se puso en contacto con nosotros para solventarlo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para estar allí unos días. La ubicación es perfecta muy cerca de la playa y el puerto , nosotros visitamos todo andando cómodamente.

Pros: Das Apartment ist sehr schön. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top. Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Der Check-In ist einfach und unkompliziert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

War richtig schön!

Pros: Tolle Wohnung, neu, sauber, ruhig, tolle Ausstattung :) Es gab eine tolle Terasse, auf der wir uns gerne aufgehalten haben. Man konnte sich morgen auch nen Kaffee in der Nespressomaschine machen. Also wir haben die 5 Tage hier sehr genossen.

Cons: Die direkten Nachbarn waren nachts ziemlich aktiv, das hat uns aber nicht groß gestört. In Spanien findet das Leben halt auch nachts statt ;)

Verblijf was perfect geweest als deze Spaanse buren het niet hadden verpest

Pros: Het appartement is perfect. Alles wat je nodig hebt zit erin (wasmachine, vaatwasser, patio, lekkere regendouche). Het is netjes, ziet er leuk uit. Kleine 15 min lopen naar het strand. 4 min lopen van Mercadona vandaan. Dichtbij busstation.

Cons: Maar wat het volledig verpest is de Spaanse buren. Nog nooit zulk asociaal volk meegemaakt. Ze zaten voor de deur (ook op “onze” trap) vanaf eind van de middag. En je hoorde ze tot 3.00 uur ‘s nachts of soms nog later. Gegil, geschreeuw, gehuil, gevloek, ruzies, van mannen, vrouwen en kinderen. Zelfs de kinderen hoorden we nog om 2 uur ‘s nachts. Elke avond/nacht. Slapeloze nachten hebben we daardoor gehad. Het gaf ook een heel onveilig gevoel. We werden een keer door een taxichauffeur afgezet, die zei toen hij een blik op die mensen wierp: “dangerous”. Verder lieten ze ook rotzooi achter voor onze deur, heel veel lege sigarettenpakjes enz. Echt enorm zonde van dit leuke huis.

Fijn verblijf als je dicht bij het strand wilt zitten. De buurt is minder chique.

Pros: Het appartement is erg mooi en comfortabel. Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger was. Op loopafstand van het strand en in de directe buurt zijn verrassend goede, kleine restaurantjes te vinden.

Cons: De directe buren zijn erg luidruchtig in de late avond en de halve nacht. Geschreeuw en ruzie, dit was behoorlijk onprettig. De voordeur en muren van het appartement zijn erg gehorig.
