Pros: Great location for the beach and only a 15 minute taxi/ uber to the old town. Lovely restaurants locally with a bit of research.

Cons: Area was a little run down. Unfortunately the washing machine didn’t work when we arrived and the upstairs air con wasn’t great which was a struggle as a family of 4 in 40 degree heat. Also missed somewhere to sit outside for morning coffee etc

Relaxing and a great place to stay in the August heat.

Pros: Air con! Shower good. Cool apartment. Spacious. Good wifi. Great to have a washing machine. Bed comfy. Appreciated complimentary wine, toiletries, tea/coffee. Very near bus and tram stops. Frequent buses to beaches, Centre of Art and Sciences and centre of town. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Cans, cigarette stubs and dead pigeon on roof top area. Would be good to have a frosted window or blind in the bathroom.

Excellent apartment in a great location!

Pros: The location was excellent! Facilities in the apartment were great - washing machine, dishwasher, shower etc. The main bed was clean and comfortable and it was nice having a small courtyard to sit out. Overall we had a great stay and would return in the future!

Cons: The floors had a few dirty marks on them especially in the bathroom, quite a strong sewage smell but maybe that was a fault with the drains at that time. The sofa bed wasn't very clean at all. And the front door opens right onto the street which we were not expecting.

Pros: We stayed in the Cala Bonita apartment and really liked the layout inside—it’s a comfortable space. Just a tip: once you enter the code for the door, give it a firm push as it doesn’t click open easily. The apartment is in a good location—not too far from the beach, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic, and some great restaurants (we especially liked Anyora and La Pepica). We also used the bikes for a day, which came with a solid lock, and cycled to Port Saplaya—also known as Little Venice—which was a lovely ride.

Cons: The terrace is actually shared with the neighbouring property, which wasn’t clear in the description. Luckily, the people next door were really friendly and easy to get along with. Their air con had broken, though, and the terrace was a bit messy after some workmen had been through. Our own air con also struggled a bit in the heat, but the host provided a fan which definitely helped.

Very nice stay

Pros: The loft looks good, has a solar design and a lot of attention was given to the details. It has everything you need for a 4 days stay. Even a hair flat iron !!! It is very well located for public transportation access. The beach is at 5 mins walk.

Cons: Being so close to the metro station and to a couple of restaurants, it was a bit noisy, especially in the morning.

Pros: The apartment was really nice, perfect location. We had to change apartment because our fridge was not working and the second one was even better! There were bicycles available to go around a little. Supermarkets and little coffee places all around and the beach was only 10 minutes walk away. Waking up with a coffee on the small balcony and overlooking the street was really nice!

Cons: The bicycles were not in a good condition. I ended up renting one since it was unpleasant to ride the one we had. You were not able to change the hight of the seat, lights didn't work or were missing. The roof balcony/terras in the second apartment was unusable since the pigeons made it there meeting point. The shower head was covered in limescale The first apartment had a terrible sewage smell that didn't seem to go away and the covers of the sofa/chair beds were dirty.
