Pros: Everything we needed, clean, fantastic communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend to friends. Short walk to the beach and great public transport links into the old town, bioparc, science museum area. Supermarkets very close by.

Wonderful location, modern interior in a beautiful city.

Pros: Great location, beautifully done up property, very thoughtful amenities provided. We have rented many holiday properties, & in this one, the host has put considerable thought into what residents will need. Lovely patio area, and we enjoyed our stay. Enric was very responsive.

Cons: There was construction next door on a few days which was a bit noisy, but it stopped. Not something the hot can control & people need to do up their houses, I think the host might have put in a word. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

Great house in a prominent location! Very spacious and clean inside. A step away from the beach.

Pros: Very spacious place in a prominent location! A beach is just a short walk away, a couple of supermarkets are behind the corner, and a number of cafes as well. The kids had a lot of fun with the provided toys/books and the backyard.

Pros: The accommodation, the location, everything was perfect for our requirements and Enric was very helpful and friendly. We came for leisure but also for a music festival and it was perfect for both purposes. We also came by car and could find free parking quite easily.

Fantastic flat in the cabanyal district

Pros: huge and well equiped flat with an amazing patio. the owner, Enric, makes you feel right at home and is very helpful with recommendations about where to eat and what to do in Valencia.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Comfortable spacious apartment for families with kids. 7 mins to the beach, 2 stations from the city center. In some other apartments you get only basic kitchen facilities, here you can find almost everything you need to start the perfect day😁

Pros: El anfitrión súper cercano y amable, nos ayudó en todo! Y la casa tenia de todo, desde algo de comida básica, pasta de dientes, incluso medicinas! Repetiría sin duda si volvemos a Valencia
