Absolutely worth repeating!

Pros: Well equiped, clean, nice beds. Friendly host, easy to contact. We found this place to be a perfect base for exploring Valencia. Quiet area, nearby the beach and with the bike one can travel easily through Valencia. If you're planning on only seeing Valencia, then no need to hire a car. We haven't used the bus or tram, did every by bike (tip, rent: Santa Marlita Bikes at C/de la Reina 11, reasonable priced and friendly people). The roofterrace is a big plus. We were there 18-24 Feb and had sun from 1100-1600 hrs. And what we also found a plus is, that we (2 people) could put the bikes in the living room at night, as bikes easily and often get stolen in Valencia. The photos give an accurate and true representation of the apartment.

Cons: We didn’t really have any issues with it, maybe it’s good to know that the apartment isn’t fully soundproof. You can sometimes hear music from the upstairs neighbours (in the evening, not every night, not to long, it’s quiet after 8:30 pm). It’s not a reason not to choose this apartment, because the positives outweigh this ‘minus’ by far. Every now and then we could smell the sewer in the bathroom a bit. Easy to reduce or stop the smell by leaving the fan on. And just close the door. If friends of ours would plan to visit Valencia, we certainly recommend this place. We ourselves would also rent this place again.

Perfect local vibe with chic notes

Pros: Impeccably clean, good location close to the beach and easy transportation to the city center, quiet, fully equipped (salt-coffee-sugar-AOEV provided), better than on the pictures. The host was very nice, always available and giving good recommendations- remember the paella is only served for lunch! Beach - Patagona or Las Arenas, a few minutes to either side from the closest entrance.

Cons: Nothing! Some details for improvement but honestly, price-quality ratio is more than worth it. Very nice for families, highly recommend it. Remember to keep the doors and windows shut at night to avoid the insects:)

Overnight stop in Valencia!

Pros: Easy to find, parked car in front of the property, owner on site to meet and greet. Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented.

Cons: Nothing- it was perfect for us and our requirements.

A place where you directly feel like home for a nice price and location close to the beach.

Pros: We stayed here for four nights and directly when we entered apartment we felt like home. It was spacious for four people, with two separate rooms, one living room (TV with Netflix!), one totally functional kitchen with necessary utensils and basic salt/olive oil, one bathroom, and on the top there is a terrace! Everything is clean and organized. My family enjoyed it here. The location is not in the city center but transportation is very convenient. For me it is perfect as it is so close to the beach in 10 minutes walk. The host Victor is very nice and sweet. He is reachable and the communication is smooth. I’d definitely come back here next time and do more sightseeing and surfing :) The stay was more than pleasant !!

Cons: Nothing I can think of :)

Pros: The host was very accommodating. The apartment is 10 mins to the beach. The market and transport is just near by. The place is very clean.

Great apartment for a family in good location in Valencia.

Pros: The property was clean, warm, secure and had good amenities.

Cons: Tiny hot water system.

Small house away from the city centre and closer to the beach

Pros: The property has its own independent entrance. The rooms were of good size. The sofa bed in the living room was very useful and comfortable.

Cons: Couple of minor things. The extra pillows cpuld have been better and a more modern microwave would have been useful. But these are minor things.

Great stay,too short.

Pros: We were welcomed by Victor, who was great, helpful and friendly. The location was great for the beach, the science centre and other sites. Spotless, with all we needed during our stay, which unfortunately was too short. Buses we’re close buy as we’re places to eat.

Cons: We ran out of loo paper.
