Pros: A beautiful home in an up and coming area near the beach

Cons: The third bedroom is on the roof level and sleeps only 1. It does have beautiful terraces though!

A charming and characterful stay in the heart of Cabanyal

Pros: The accommodation was located in a charming, beautifully restored house in the heart of the historic Cabanyal district. The bedrooms were spread over three floors, which worked well for our family, but could be a challenge if climbing stairs is difficult. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very well equipped. A Mercadona supermarket as well as several small shops and restaurants were conveniently located nearby. We were also able to park our car directly in front of the house.

Cons: Although the accommodation itself was beautifully restored, the neighboring buildings directly in front of and behind the house were in a state of disrepair, which felt slightly unpleasant. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, but there were a few nearby areas with run-down apartment blocks that felt a bit intimidating at night. Additionally, two of the three bedrooms were very small and did not offer any wardrobes or storage space for clothes. The keys had to be collected from a different location than the accommodation itself, and they were not ready at the agreed time as instructed. As a result, we had to go back and forth while trying to sort out how to access the property.

Beautiful house, great stay, very accommodating.

Pros: Very arty. Loved the interior, art work and tiles. The roof terrace was a great sun spot.

Cons: Probably would have been useful if the downstairs shower was an actual shower rather than a rinsing sand shower.

We enjoyed everything about the house and would certainly rent it again.

Pros: Great location, lovely decoration, the house has everything you need. Easy and smooth communication with the very helpful, professional and friendly owners.

Fabulous house in a great location.

Pros: Location was excellent. It was clean and tidy and modern with lots of space.

Cons: Only having one key. A real concern that we’d be locked out and meant we all need to go back together as a single group.

Pros: Beautiful aithentic house in Cabanal. Well located, close to many bus and tram stops. Metro is also could be reached by foot. Close to the sea. It has beautiful rooftop, actually two terraces, so whenever on one terrace it was windy from the sea, on the other side it was warm and calm.

Pros: Wszystko super bardzo polecam wyjątkowo przyjazna profesjonalna obsługa obiektu spełniła wszystkie nasze życzenia tak aby było nam wygodnie i miło. Będziemy wspominać wakacje jeszcze długo ponieważ były wyjątkowe. Łóżka bardzo wygodne kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, obiekt widać ,że odnowiony w zachowaniu szacunku i dla historycznego budynku.

Cons: Brak minusów

Naproto úžasné!

Pros: Klíče byly uloženy v trezoru, informace o kódu, i veškeré další informace vztahující se k ubytování jsem obdržela s dostatečným předstihem na můj e-mail.

Cons: Ani já, ani kamarádky, s kterými jsme v tomto ubytování pobyt strávily jsme nenalezly naprosto nic, co by se dalo ubytování vytknout!

Mooi en goed geregeld

Pros: Super centraal bij het strand en diverse restaurants! Supermarkt 5 min lopen. Bushalte op 2 min lopen. In het huis is alles aanwezig. Netjes schoon goede airco’s! Alles leuk aangekleed! Communicatie over aankomst en vertrek heel duidelijk en prettig!

Cons: 2x hadden we bezoek van een kakkerlak. Wij als Nederlanders zijn dan niet gewend. Dus bij binnenkomt iedere keer extra alert. In de omgeving zijn veel huizen die verbouwd worden of leeg staan (dat hadden we al begrepen uit andere recensies). Vonden wij geen probleem! Je ziet ook regelmatig een zwerver rondlopen of mensen die helaas (erg genoeg🥲) de containers controleerde. Het is een armer stukje van Valencia.

Pros: Sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Cons: Leider sind einige baufällige Häuser in der Nachbarschaft. Die Sauberkeit in der Umgebung könnte auch besser sein. Aber dafür kann ja die Unterkunft nichts...
