Pros: Diana is a wonderful Lady ,very helpful and the apartment met our expectations. We had a great time and definitely will be coming back soon.

Pros: apartment was very clean and was perfect for our group of 5. Hosts were fantastic and the apartment is worth the money!

Cons: the beds upstairs can be quite uncomfortable after a few days

This is the place!

Pros: The house was fantastic. Clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. The terrace was great. It is a pleasure to drink your coffee in the morning on it. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and in about 30 minutes you are in the center. Quiet areas with nice local restaurants and bars. We would book there again. Overall we recommend the house. Thanks for everything!

Cons: A small problem with a blocked drain in the bathroom. We resolved it quickly. We just cleaned it up.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and charmingly decorated. Easy self-check-in instructions provided by the host, with the actual check-in done through an app. The neighborhood was pleasant with nearby grocery stores, and parking was available on the street in front. Despite the proximity to the beach, the area was very peaceful, providing a nice environment for walking the dog

Cons: Everything about the apartment was fantastic. Worth noting, however, is that the four beds are on an open loft, and the apartment essentially has only one bedroom.

Perfect apartment in the best location!!!!

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a great location. Lovely host that was super helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment, so close to restaurants, beach and supermarket. Only 20 mins in a taxi to the centre of Valencia and not expensive! Only tiny little negative was there wasn’t a full length mirror …this would have made it 110%!! It was a special occasion and the host decorated the apartment for my arrival …fantastic .. i want to go back now!! ;-)

Cons: Needed a full length mirror! 6 girls getting ready for a night out .. ;-)

Lovely apartment in really cool sea near the beach

Pros: It was in a really lovely area close to the beach & restaurants. The owner was really helpful & booked us a transfer taxi both ways . There where 6 of us in a group of girls & it fitted our needs perfectly . It had really good appliances & a lovely sun terrace . I would not hesitate to book this apartment again .

Cons: You need to be careful on the stairs in the apartment .

Excellent apartment for family

Pros: Good location, with near proximity to the seaside. A lot of nice restaurants and shops around the apartment. Reaching public transport is super easy.

Cons: Beds are not the best quality

Perfect for groups and families

Pros: Beautiful property with big communal spaces so you don’t feel overcrowded even when travelling with a group. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking a nice meal. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in process, good location, less than 10 mins walk to the beach. The host was easily contactable for any questions before and during the stay.

Pros: the owners are very nice and helpful, they even organise a taxi transport from airport.

Cons: it wasnt very clean, we have 2year child an started crying at 6.30am and the neighbours already started banging at the walls, so you must be very quiet. you share hot water with other apartments so in the evening you can be without hot water.

Pros: It was clean, good looking interior and had all the facilities we need. We also liked a lot the terrace.
