Nice apartment close to the beach, perfect for a couple, less ideal for a family with more than 1 children, and could us

Pros: - near the beach & also near bus stops that take you to the city centre - washing machine, built-in air conditioning in the living room and double-bedroom - fully equipped kitchen, big fridge and freezer - nice balcony - very spacious for a couple - enough towels

Cons: - cockroaches in the kitchen and living room (there were several traps already set up by the owner, we say about ~ 5 during our one week stay) - the wall by the entrance door is in poor condition, the entrance door and window are boarded up with wood, the door is only 40 cm wide, and there is no natural light in the ground floor - Tip: If you plan to sit on the balcony, avoid running the air conditioning beforehand, since it blows straight onto the balcony sitting area

Good trip

Pros: Mario was amazing when we arrived late. He let us in, showed us around and offered advice on where to go etc Location is close to the beach.

Cons: The 3rd bed is a couch settee which we had no problem with, however the one they have is not suitable for someone (especially an adult) to sleep on, it's uncomfortable, old and needs replacing.

Authentic Cabanyal

Pros: We loved the house, it is actually better than the photos! I also really like the quiet location and proximity to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and excellent public transport.

Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like. A house manual would have been useful, but we worked everything out.

Great

Pros: The host is very communicative and helps you with suggestions, the host also helped us to book a taxi servive from the airport upon our arrival. The location of the apartment is great, it is very close to supermarkets, pubs and bars. You arrive at the beach in a 10 minutes walk. The best thing of the apartment is the little patio/ terrasse of the apartment, where you can enjoy a drink with your travel buddies after a long day at the beach or in the city. The apartment is very nicely decorated, so that you get the spanish feeling while being there. We had fun and everything was great!

Cons: The entrance door is a little bit weird, it is very narrow, especially if you travel with big luggages. Also, there were some cockroaches in the kitchen and on the whole floor downstairs, but unfortunately this is common in the area, after discussing with the spanish neighbours. Also the host provided some anti cockroach spray, si everything was fine in the end.

Pros: groot huis in een gezellige buurt. authentieke inrichting, sfeervol. goede bedden en kussens, complete keuken en badkamer. mooi dakterras. Fijne plek om te zijn.

Pros: Классический дом на Кабанял с ремонтом. Приветливые хозяева, которые дали нам пляжный зонт (а мы купили 2 пляжных стульчика и оставили там, так что будет для всех следующих клиентов в пользовании), хозяева позволили сделать выезд не в 11 часов, а в 14. За это им спасибо. Удобная локация для пляжа, особенно с детьми - идти до моря пешком минут 5. Рядом детские площадки, кафе, минут 7 пешком меркадонна. Дом 2 этажа, на втором этаже спальня с 2местной кроватью, душевая и веранда с зелёной искусственной травой. На первом этаже большая кухня, две маленьких комнаты, туалет и маленькая прихожая (она же гостинная). Чисто, аккуратно, много посуды, полотенец, постельного. Есть 2 кондиционера.

Cons: Понравилось все, но есть небольшие моменты, которые не исправить, но надо быть к ним готовым. Во-первых, рассчитано для невысоких людей: 16тилетний подросток не проходил под лестницей, пару раз бился головой (забывал, что надо наклоняться). Если вы выше 1,80 см, то будьте аккуратнее. Аналогично с кроватью на 1 этаже - она расположена от стены до стены, поэтому подростку было трудно расположить ноги (у него рост 1,90см). Второе спальное место (жёлтый диванчик) имеет в разложеном состоянии деревянный каркас, который очень давит. Без дополнительного матраса на нем спать нельзя. Аналогично с розовым диванчиком на втором этаже - он раскладывается, но спать на нем нельзя, так как совсем тонкий слой поролона и обивки и давит деревянный каркас в спину. Во-вторых, если вы с детской коляской или большими широкими чемоданами или просто сильно крупные по объёмам, то в двери вы не пройдёте. Ширина дверей не позволяет закатить в помещение детскую коляску cibex s+2. А она узкая и компактная сама по себе, помещается в ручную кладь самолета. Ширина коляски 45см, а ширина двери 40см. Как выход у нас был - каждый раз складывать коляску и боком её протискивать в дверной проем. Ещё нюанс с освещением - мало естественного света (его практически нет), так как особенность строения домов в районе Кабаньял - боковые стены соприкасаются с соседскими домами. На первом этаже приходилось всегда включать освещение, даже днем, так как окон нет (есть на входной двери два маленьких окошка). В целом эти нюансы не отобразились на отдыхе, отпуск прошёл великолепно.

Pros: Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie war besser als von den Fotos her erwartet.

Limpio y Cómodo

Pros: El colchón super super cómodo y todo muy limpio la verdad. Muy cerca de la playa y de una estación de tren ,también muchos buses para ir a cualquier sitio de valencia. (El trato genial respondieron a mis dudas y además yo soy muy despistada y me dejé la chaqueta al irme pero pudimos volver rápido y me abrieron para cogerla,).

Pros: Très bien situé proche de la plage et des petits commerces

Excelente alojamiento en Valencia

Pros: La ubicación ideal para ir a la playa, la ciudad queda a 20 minutos en coche. La casa abajo es fresquita, arriba con el aire bien. La terrazza chill es excelente.

Cons: La TV no tiene toma de antena y no se puede ver nada que no sea por internet.
