The spanish terrace made the stay enjoyable.

Pros: Beach, shop, restaurants and transportation in arms reach. The terrace is nice but it could be protected more from the sunlight.

Cons: Very narrow stairs, very hot on summer days! No airconditioning! ( it’s specified in the description but air conditioning would be a big upgrade) We found some cockroaches on arrival but after that no problems.

Beautiful apartment close to the beach

Pros: Apartment was spotless clean, great location, 7 mins from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc all really close by, had requested a cot and one was supplied, rooms are all a good size with double beds in each room we had 5 adults and 3 children and all fit very comfortably, we had a lovely stay

Cons: No air-conditioning in living room, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom which helped but I would recommend extra fans for the living area as only one small one was supplied and tempatures got very hot, slight smell of damp on arrival but did subside after a day

Comfortable stay for a family of 8

Pros: Vicinity to the beach, number of rooms, value for money

Cons: Hot water was intermittent and the power kept switching off when we turned on the heaters

Pros: Die Lage (Nahe am Strand) war seht toll. Man hat genügend Platz für 10 Leute und die Dachterasse ist das Highlight der Wohnung.

Cons: Das man nicht die eine Badtür zumachen konnte. Sonst hat alles soweit gepasst.

Ottima per vacanze di gruppo in spiaggia

Pros: Ottima posizione per raggiungere la vicina spiaggia, ben connessa ai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere aeroporto e centro città. Vicina a vari mini market. Lavatrice nuova e cucina ben accessoriata. Ottima connessione Wi-Fi.

Cons: Vicini decisamente scontrosi che imponevano il silenzio già a partire dalle 21:30, rendola una residenza ideale per sordomuti.

Pros: Super mooie locatie dicht bij het strand, mooi appartement met veel slaapkamers, twee badkamers en een heerlijk dakterras!

Heel fijne tijd gehad in Valencia

Pros: Ruim en super locatie!! Speciaal voor ons een baby bed voorzien wat een goede service:)

Excelente lugar para descansar y estar cerca de la playa

Pros: Las instalaciones muy limpias bonitas y bien organizado

Cons: Falta un ventilador abajo 😒en el salon

Great location if you plan on being at the beach!

Pros: Nice location and clean. Plenty of room for the family with teenagers. Close to public transit to get into the city.
