Pros: The apartment had everything we needed. It was very spacious, with two bathrooms, which is a real bonus for a family of 4. The location is a bit further from the city center, but there are great bus connections with the city or you can just walk there for 25 min. There are many small shops and supermarkets close to the building. Otherwise everything was great.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Montse is the kindest hostess I have ever come across using booking. The apartment is perfect for families, fully equipped with functional kitchen, washing machines and even a library with children's books and puzzles for pre school children 😀 The location is next to several grocery shops and a small children's park.

Pros: Really friendly welcome. Exactly what we asked for, Great amenities for cooking, ideal having a washing machine as was playing lots of sport.

Pros: Nicely situated for the metro between town and the beach. Quiet area with bakeries, supermarkets and a few places to eat. Clean and spacious with two bathrooms and all modern conveniences. Nice host. Towels, washing up liquid, condiments, sponges and dishcloths all provided. Good kitchen.

Cons: Could do with some powder for the washing machine, but was otherwise well supplied.

Pros: Large apartment, very neat and with all what a family would need. 2 bathrooms is luxury

Pros: We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights in beginning of May and it was exactly what we needed for our family: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big open space combining the living room and the kitchen. We loved it for the cleanness, the space inside and for the great communication with the hosts and the attention they gave us. It's located close to a university area, so this offers lots of choices for eating and different purchases even on a Sunday evening. Our stay there was totally safe and quiet and allowed us to enjoy Valencia without worrying of our place to rest. The apartment fully met our needs and our expectations and is totally worth staying there. Great price/value ratio too. Definitely if we're returning to Valencia in the next years, we'll be staying there again.

Cons: There were minor and almost neglectable drawbacks: the noise of the elevator when stopping (but this gets quickly overcome); the shower tap in one of the bathrooms not closing well and not regulating well the water temperature (the shower in the other bathroom was totally fine, so actually not much of an issue with the water). Perhaps the location is not the best: several bus lines have stops in the area nearby, but metro lines 3 and 5 are some 12 minutes away. Going downtown by public transport is easy and quick, but going to Oceanografico for example takes some time. Still not a big issue as Valencia is plain and easy and fun to walk.

Pros: Un apartamento amplio y muy funcional, bien amueblado. La cocina está bien equipada, tiene dos baños, un amplio salón y aire acondicionado en el salón. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. El centro de la ciudad es fácil de alcanzar. Teníamos todo lo necesario, y la propietaria estuvo encantada de ayudar; tuvimos muy buena comunicación con ella.

Pros: La amabilidad del anfitrión Montse y su suegra. Las instalaciones del alojamiento amplio, acogedor y muy limpio

Cons: Nada. Todo OK

Pros: Amplitud de las estancias,en general. Muy luminoso y acogedor.

Cons: Echamos en falta,o por lo menos no encontramos un botiquín básico,en caso de emergencia
