Pros: Great apartment, fantastic high ceilings, private terrace and quiet, bed sheets are next level and the management is outstanding.

Pros: Great location. Close to 3 metro stations all on different lines. One of which straight to and from the airport very clean on arrival and space and facilities superb. Supermarket less than a minute away on foot. Only 20 mins walk to the center and close to the park that runs the full length of the city.

Cons: Noisy during the night with large bins being emptied every second night in the early hours

Pros: We loved it. The apartment has all the amenities, is modern, and clean. The air conditioning worked great, which made our dog's stay even more comfortable. The kitchenette was very clean (oven and microwave). The location was also great. We were able to take a break from the car and use the city bikes, as well as do a lot of walking. The owner responds quickly to messages. We highly recommend it.

Pros: The location was excellent. However as there is a hospital close to the appartment how constantly hear the ambulance sirens.

Cons: The garbage trucks that come at night and in the morning as the garbage trolleys are right in front of the appartment and the appartment is on the ground floor directly on the street.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Pros: This is our second time staying in this apartment .Perfect location ; 3 minutes away from shops ,bars and supermarkets; The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment , and the bus will take you straight to the beach and also Valencia old town . The bed is so comfortable.

Cons: The Sofabed isn't comfortable ; it was fine for us as we didn't use it to sleep on. It si true that the soundproofing isn't great, however we didn't mind it at all . We are a family of 3 , and we all slept nicely , especially my toddler who is 2 years old

Very nice apartment to spend time in Valencia

Pros: The apartment was very clean, nicely furnished and, the most important, nearby many bus stations. The owner was very friendly and ready to help us with informations.

Pros: Beautiful and modern apartment. We felt very comfortable. Our toddler loved the outdoor space. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby
