Lovely stay, nice apartment

Pros: Location was great. Easy walk to Ruzafa and good bus connections to the beach. Lots within walking distance too. Balcony was a nice addition but didn’t use loads as there’s no breeze.

Cons: I’d seen reviews on having to pay extra if you need to leave your luggage but didn’t realise there was an additional fee for checking in past 8pm. Unfortunately we had a late flight so had to pay the extra €50 which felt expensive given there is a 24hour concierge who could have given us the key.

Comfy room with everything you need

Pros: Location was very central to shops, nice and clean and quiet. Aircon and shower were both very good.

Cons: There was no bag storage after we checked out.

Nice stay in Valencia

Pros: The location, easy communication with the hosts and the nice apartment

Cons: For us it was ok as we didn't stay too much, but we would've expected from an apartment a washing machine and a dish washer. And also we knew from the past reviews from Booking, but we asked again in case the things changed, there is no way to leave the luggages before or after the check-in or check-out for couple of hours. We received some recommendation for luggage storage from the host.

Brilliant location close to everything in Valencia.

Pros: The location could not have been any better. The metro stops at the end of the very busy shopping rd.

Cons: The view is very dull from the patio and it could do with brightening up. To make it more appealing.

Perfect place to stay

Pros: Location, clean and had all the facilities we needed,

warm , pleasant, good food and atmosphere

Pros: it was self catering, careforh about 5 mins away good selection , can recommend the cooked chicken , tasty and warm , good selection of food, but do go to the market and have the hochaos and chocolate, do get a tourist card , try to see the remnants of the Grand Prix course, some bits still visible, but enjoy the city ,

Cons: couple of niggles curtains didn't cover the window , quiet a gap, ok not major at this time of year , but i imagine will be a challenge in summer, also flat needs a few finishing touches, but I'm looking with probably and over critical eye

Great location, and comfortable stay.

Pros: We only used it for sleeping so can’t say to much about the facilities, but it has everything you need. Very close to the subway and center of the city , located on a street with loads of stores, also a big market in the back of the building . It was great for our weekend visit of Valencia.

Cons: Nothing . For our purposes it was ok.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedésű, kellemes apartman, a kevés negatívumot bőven ellensúlyozzák a pozitívumok.

Pros: Tökéletes elhelyezkedés a centrumban. Az utca zaja nem hallatszik be, de a vékony falak miatt a többi apartman zaja viszont igen. Szerencsére csak egy közvetlen szomszédja van. Elegáns bejárat, a 24 órás portaszolgálat biztonságérzetet okoz. Az apartman tiszta, rendes, felszereltsége alapvetően jó. Kávé, tea, ásványvíz fogadott minket plusz a félmaraton miatt elektrolit italt kaptunk gratis.

Cons: Az egyébként tökéletesen felszerelt konyhában a mosogatáshoz edényszárító hiányzott, lehetne kistányérból több. A természetes fény csak egy pici belső teraszról van, ahova viszont az egyéb apartmanokból belátnak, ezért a sötétítő függönyt behúzva tartottuk, következésképpen lámpákat kellett használni.

Pros: In de kamer is het stil terwijl het toch middenin het centrum ligt.

Tolle, zentrale Lage mitten in der Altstadt

Pros: Super Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Schöner Stadtteil, Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Eingang in der Fussgängerzone, trotzdem kein Lärm von Außen. Rezeption 24/7 besetzt mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Aufzug vorhanden, barrierefrei. Apartment bietet alles Nötige.

Cons: Mehr Handtücher wären schön gewesen, da es keine Waschmaschine gibt. Im Haus sehr hellhörig, kein Lärm von Außen.
