Pros: The apartment is big, very clean and has everything you need! The location is perfect to visit the city: very central but in a quiet street. The communication was always fast and easy.

Pros: We got the small apartment and everything was perfect. The lady who came to give us the keys was very nice and friendly. They are quite responsive to the messages. They even have an office to leave your luggage. Also - very clean.

Cons: Nothing. They charged us 150 eur deposit in case of damage but the same was returned to us 1-2 days after we left. However, this was my fault that I did not read the terms in advance!

Pros: Clean and well equipped apartment with two double beds (one bed sofa). Clean and well kept. Location is excellent. Very easy check in / check out and good and fast communication by the host

Pros: Very easy to find, located in the middle of the centre and shopping area, close to the metro and bus stops. We arrived early but they let us in anyway. The apartment is very spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped if you don't want to eat out. Thank you to the girl who let us in was very kind to recommended the best places to visit in Valencia and which areas where safe to tourists. We had a very fun time there and I'll definitively come back!!

Cons: I have nothing to complain, everything was perfect.
