Great location, beautiful balcony, nice apartment.

Pros: The apartment is in the great location. There is a beautiful and spacious balcony.

Cons: There was a problem with the shower that was leaking, but we managed to sort it out with the help of the owner.

Pros: Spacious and bright. Fabulous terrace. 24 hour lobby staff. Great location on pedestrian shopping street with cafes/ bars/restaurants. No street noise . Few minutes walk to old town. 2 mins from metro for beach access and other attractions. Would 100% stay again.

Comfortable stay in an excellent location. Will recommend and return

Pros: Location, close to metro and historic centre (5 minutes), shops and restaurants. Spacious and plenty of storage. The Terrace was useful to provide an outdoor view. Not noisy despite location.

Cons: Could do with somewhere to hang your bat towels.

Excellent appartment let down by poor service form agency

Pros: Location was excellent for me. Place nice, modern and all looked pretty new.

Cons: Communicating with agency who ran the place was difficult and trying for me. From initial question of its location before I set off which was evaded to when I was told the office was open every day fro 9.30 to 5PM which is was not when I turned up with luggage @ 10.30AM. Questions were responded to eventually but answers given vague and off the subject like being repeatedly asked what time I intended to turn up and not addressing my question about location.

Perfect location in city centre

Pros: Very nice staff, location in city centre next to metro station, bicycle station, grocery store and other stores, restaurants and bars.

Cons: The towels were not changed for an entire week.

Very nice, would rent again

Pros: The property managers were very nice. Held onto our bags since the apt wasn't ready. Location was good, but next time I would stay closer to the beach. We walked one day to the beach, but then took uber since it was quite a hike. Some of the better and less touristy restaurants were near to the beach neighborhoods, so for us, being out of the main tourist center would have been better. Valencia is beautiful and so much to see and do!

Cons: Nothing, everything was very good. Its good to note, we did not use the kitchen at all so I can't speak to that. We had most of our meals out.

Central location in old town

Pros: The apartment has a full equipped kitchen and it's very well located in old town. Close to supermarkets and all attractions. The proximity to the metro station makes very easy to get from the airport also.

Cons: It was not a problem for me but if you are planning go mainly to the beach is not that close, I'd suggest rent somewhere closer
