Pros: The apartment is in an amazing location, right in the shopping center, a few minutes’ walking distance from the main attractions. The apartment seems a bit old, but everything was clean and had all necessary amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, with coffee and tea provided by the host. The building itself was nice, and there was also an amazing view from the balcony.

Pros: The location was perfect, in the middle of a shopping centre. The house was very clean. Also the host was nice and the communication was good, the staff at the appartement as well.
Cons: Only thing that we were missing was a cutting board and sharp knives.

Amazing accommodation, great location super comfortable.
Pros: Super cool location in the centre of Valencia. Easy to walk to surrounding neighbourhoods. Great facilities, host was super nice. The building was very nice and there was an outdoor terrace with a table. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The apartment is very generously sized, with a great location. It was very handy with all the cooking and cloth washing facilities. It was lovely to have a balcony where you can sit down and enjoy the street view.
Cons: The apartment is a bit old and dark.

Listen to Valencia wake from the terrace
Pros: Well appointed studio with great terrace. Had everything one needs and host was super helpful. The terrace was great; very private and it was lovely listening to Valencia wake up while drinking my morning coffee.
Cons: It's down a pedestrian street with pretty paving, but murder to roll cases on. However only about 50 metres of this, so manageable. The upside, of course, is no traffic outside.

We had great stay, would come back.
Pros: Great apartment with balcony. Two minutes walk from the metro stop Colón. Really in the heart of the city. Restaurants, shops nearby. All spots in walking distance. (We love walking !) Beach is 30 minutes by bus. We stayed 3 nights, but it is suitable for longer stay, as it has washing machine, iron.

Superb
Pros: The apartment is very comfortable for a family of four, in an excellent location, clean. I expected it to be noisier considering that the apartment is in the center, but me and my family slept very well. The air conditioning is central and it is very pleasant even at night with the air conditioning on. The terrace and the apartment are beautiful and the owner Carlos is there if you need anything. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants comfortable, clean and well-priced accommodation in the center of Valencia.

Pros: Big apartment, especially for the price. Quiet despite being on the main shopping street, very clean. Easy to cook if you want to, 100% recommend it. Very good value for money.
Cons: It's on one of the main shopping streets of Valencia, so feels like you could be in any generic European City BUT you're walking distance to the old town so really not a big deal.

Great location in the centre of the city
Pros: The location is perfect in a pedestrianised street. Quiet at night. Plenty of hot water and towels for a shower The price is fair for a city centre location There are several option of blankets etc if you are cold at night TV worked great WiFi was great
Cons: A few smalI things really, I would have liked a nespresso pod coffee machine or something like it instead of the one that is there. Easier to use. No wine or cava glases. For me, and I know that is personal, the mattress wasa a little too hard. But, it is impossible to please everybody.
