Cozy Suite next to Plaza del Ayuntamiento

Pros: The apartment is very close to the Placa de l'Ajuntament but is quiet, well organized. Fabio is great, he will give you any info you need and advise you where to eat, shop or visit. Valencia is a great city, make shure you visit BioPark (african wilde life), Oceanografic, science museum. The apartment is close to Colon metro station, about 200m.

Top Location Fabulous Host

Pros: Location location location. Quiet apartment yet in the middle everything

Cons: Probably a little smaller than we anticipated but that said everything we needed.

Great location, dream host, cosy apartment

Pros: We chose the apartment based on previous reviews, focusing mainly on the location and the host — and we definitely made the right choice! Fabio was a dream host: communication was effortless, and his tips and tricks were super helpful. The location couldn’t have been better — a lively street right in the heart of Ciutat Vella. The apartment itself was cosy and perfect for two adults and one child. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons: The only downside was the cleanliness. Cleanliness is one of the key pillars when renting out (I’m a host myself, so I know what I’m talking about), especially in the bathroom. In addition, some minor renovation or maintenance work would make the apartment even better (sorry, architecture is my profesion ;-)) .

Central location, excellent host.

Pros: The apartment is in a secure building in a central location, close to cafes, shops and a large grocery store and walking distance to many sites. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station. Fabio was an excellent host. Great communication, met us when we arrived in Valencia to give us the keys, took time to provide some recommendations and checked in during our stay.

Cons: You could hear some noise from other apartments but was not an issue as it was quiet at night. Addition of a kettle and an oven mitt would he nice, but kitchen was well equipped.

Great value and central location to all parts of Valencia

Pros: Great location that we chose on the basis that it was central, walking distance to the train station and old town. The agent who was very attentive insisted on meeting us at the property which slightly delayed access on arrival. There was a complimentary bottle of fizz in the fridge that was a nice touch

Cons: The property had an enclosed terrace which on one hand was a bonus but was a bit cluttered furniture and artwork and the blackout curtains need a 'coat of looking at' especially to the 'glazed roof.

Perfect accommodation in the center of Valencia

Pros: Excellent apartment. The location is great, in the city center, in a quiet pedestrian zone with lots of shops. The apartment was spacious, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. The internet was great. The hostess Aura was very kind and helpful, she gave us links to restaurants and attractions. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment even after check out time.
