Very comfortable apartement which is close to everything.

Pros: The location is perfect! From the airport was easy to travel by the metro and after a 5-minute-walk we were in the apartement. The bus stops for travelling to the Oceanográfic and to the port were just 5-minute-walk. The beds were comfortable and it is also important that the building has some elevators. The reception desk is very good idea, too. In the surroundings there are a lot of shops and the city center is very close.

Cons: Only the set the temperature of the hot-cold water in the bathroom was a litle bit difficult because after the tap the water \

Modern and comfortable place

Pros: Nice and clean apartment. Fully equipped and on an excellent location. Helpful staff.

Cons: One small thing only: coffee and tea was provided, but very minimal for the length of our stay.

Pleno corazón de Valencia

Pros: La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Valencia y sin necesidad de coger el coche o transporte para nada. El anfitrión nos facilitó además toda la información que le solicitamos acerca del parking como mejor opción.

Cons: Las calidades del apartamento no son excelentes pero reúne los requisitos con creces para pasar unos días.

Vuelvo en mi prox. viaje! Recomendable

Pros: Fue un Apartamento super cómodo, y muy bien distribuido para poder pasar una buena estadía. la ubicación, inmejorable y la atención de la recepción fue excelente. Pude dejar un rato antes del check in mis maletas y eso nos permitió podes salir a recorrer la ciudad. Muy amable el anfitrión.

Cons: Para mejorar, hay mal olor en el baño, pero lo solucionamos poniendo unos perfumes que había en el comedor.

Pros: Todo en general y la amabilidad de todos los conserjes a cualquier hora del día.

Cons: El sillón es un poco incómodo para dormir pero no es importante porque hemos ido pocos días

Bel appartement en centre ville

Pros: L'emplacement est idéal dans une rue animée du centre à 5 minutes du métro Colon. L'immeuble est propre et il y a toujours un gardien. L'appartement est spacieux et donne sur une cour calme. Il est bien équipé et confortable.

Cons: Le seul défaut ce serait le bruit des tuyaux et les cloisons pas très épaisses (on entend les gens parler le matin).
