We enjoyed our stay, we will return for sure!

Pros: Apartment is very nice, clean and spacious, kitchen is very well equipped. There is everything for even long stays. Location is perfect, main square is 5 min by foot, metro station is 2 min. The street is quite even though a busy street is just around the corner

Cons: The main entrances of the apartments in the house are very noisy, every time someone opened the neighbours door we thought somebody is entering in our apartment :D We got used to it quickly though.

Nice apartment, very good value, 100% recommended

Pros: This is a very good and well organized apartment, location is perfect a few minutes walk from the city center, bus and metro stop. I fully recommend it for family or business stay as well.

Cons: Its not a negative point at all, but for those whom it might matter: apartment is on the 3rd floor, the stairs are steep and there is no elevator in the building.

A spotless, well-located apartment with great amenities and excellent value

Pros: One of my favourite stays of the trip! Our stay in Valencia was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was great value for a group of four over three nights. The location was perfect; surrounded by amazing shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores, and within walking distance to the main areas of the city. The kitchen was a great bonus, especially for a longer stay. Just a heads up: there’s a €250 bond required on arrival for any potential damages, but aside from that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Pros: Beautiful and comfortable apartment (superior). Clean and comfortable, good location. Double room very quiet, room with double bed a bit noisier (in the morning you could hear garbage trucks). The very center, but a quiet street. Good kitchen equipment.

Cons: No salt, no oil, no paper towels. Fifth floor, no elevator.

Pros: We have stayed at the apartment before, it is in a great location. Close to restaurants and shops, a short taxi ride to the beach. The apartment has all the equipment and utensils if you wanted to cook.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great apartment - very clean and had all the facilities required. 4 day break was won

Pros: The location is brilliant - so close to the central attractions, shops and Colon metro.

Cons: Second bedroom is a little small for two teenagers to share.

Location great!

Pros: Amazing location, very central, aircon great, it was very hot! Clean & roomy, lovely little balconies to give outside view of street.

Cons: Stairs, 7 flights to climb with luggage. Difficult to get taxi as location is a pedestrian access only. Shower in other bathroom luke warm water. Limited coffee pods, only 2 provided. Limited toiletries, basin soap only, difficult for transient travellers staying for a short time to purchase box of pods.
