Pros: The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. We arrived very early and asked for an earlier check-in, and the host kindly allowed us to enter a few hours earlier, which we really appreciated. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the very center of the city. As soon as you leave the building, you step directly onto the main street, where all the shops and the market are just around the corner. The host was very kind, always available. Overall, a perfect stay, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Relación calidad-precio excelente, ubicación perfecta!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta y céntrica, tienes las paradas principales a minutos, el apartamento es seguro, limpio, cómodo y silencioso, en recepción muy disponibles a todas las horas. Miguel y Santiago fueron muy amables! Antes de reservar leí la parte negativa de las reseñas, pero han corregido muchos de los detalles de esas reseñas! Lo recomiendo!

Cons: Pondría las toallas y el papel higiénico de acuerdo a la cantidad de días de estancia, nosotras lavamos las toallas después de unos días y repusimos el papel sin problema, pero quizás en invierno sea más difícil que se sequen las toallas ya que no hay un balcón para hacerles recibir luz directa del sol.

muy bien el departamento, no me gusto la atencion recibida

Pros: la ubicacion estaba muy bien para un turista, cerca del casco antiguo un poco lejos de la playa

Cons: No estoy conforme con el ingreso a la propiedad, ya que en la entrega de las llaves hubo idas y vueltas con el horario, me pedian un horario exacto de llegada, pero ellos no cumplieron con tal horario lo modificaron en el transcurso de mi llegada pero ademas, luego de tales modificaciones solo me aguardaban 15 minutos, por tal razon tuvimos que acelerar nuestra comida.

I spent 5 nights and I I am looking forward to stay here on my next visit to Valencia..

Pros: It was a great a place to stay, modern, clean and excellent location. Beautiful building with 24 hour reception desk, next to shops and restaurants. Walking distances to most sites.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.
