Very good hotel

Pros: Beautiful hotel with delicious breakfast located in the historic city centre. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and the facilities are high quality.

Cons: Room number 2 is a disaster. You hear everything that's being said in the lobby. I couldn't sleep at all. The staff was familiar with the problem and arranged for a midnight change to another room. What I don't understand is that, if they are aware, they don't solve the issue. Is an easy fix: add an extra door in the hallway...

Friendly & happy stay!

Pros: The staff couldn’t have done more for you. Big shout out to Alejandro & Ines. Breakfast was nice. Both continental and then options from the menu. Unlimited coffee all day. Perfect distance between the park and the centre.

Cons: There was an issue with the Central air-conditioning on the 1st day

A real treat!

Pros: The hotel is brilliant in almost every respect, but the history of the building is a stand-out. The staff also deserve a special mention.

Cons: We had some noise from the bar in the evening from our (otherwise excellent) room, but it ended at a reasonable time, so it's really just a minor quibble that probably really reflects on us trying to go to bed too early!

Pros: Fabulous location, a 5 minute walk to main square and cathedral! Breakfast was delicious with a menu choice. Room was spacious and well stocked. Would recommend

Nice hotel well situated.

Pros: Excellent location close to major sites and easy to reach by taxi or by train. Very helpful staff. Interesting building with a bit of character which added to the charm. Quiet location. In old town and a 5 minute walk from the main park.

Cons: Double bed booked but two singles pushed together
