Best hotel in Valencia

Pros: Very lovely hotel in the heart of Valencia, it is really comfortable and very nice and clean. They upgraded our room for free to a lovely very large bedroom that had a balcony on the Main Street which was very appreciated. The wood floors gave a nice touch, very good sized wardrobe and TV, and lovely marbled bathroom with bathrobes included. Staff was lovely as well. Overall a great experience. Super centred, 5 mins to the cathedral, 5 mins to the central market and everything you need with food shops around the corner as well.

Cons: Only downside was that our very comfy bed was actually two beds pushed together (and with different bedsheets) so we fell into the gap

Beautiful hotel, excellent location

Pros: The staff were fabulous and very kindly allowed us an early check in. The view on the museum next door was stunning and the room was spacious with everything we needed

Cons: The shower was lovely but the water was one end & the products at the other and it's a large shower! Also a little shelf to put my own shower products on would be handy

Pros: The staff was very friendly and the beauty of the hotel was in another level. The location was cherry on top.m

Lovely hotel, great location

Pros: Location was brilliant. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. Lovely room, bed very comfortable

Cons: Shower was very good.but water went everywhere and floor was soaked. Would be better to have a dope

When we checked out on 28th Dec, they gave a birthday gift to my father: that was very appreciated as well as the kindness of the thought. We strongly suggest to book accomodation in this hotel :-)
