Great location with an amazing view in a spacious environment.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the heart of the fairytale old town which made exploring so easy on foot. The staff were extremely lovely and accommodating especially when we advised them we needed to find a suitable common area to work. They opened up the lounge for us at 6 am so we could take our calls. We were also offered an upgrade to the presidential suite for a wonderful price which we appreciated.

An excellent stay

Pros: A lovely hotel with warm friendly staff making us feel most welcome. It was my husband’s birthday and they really looked after us very well. It is perfectly located in the old town close to everything. It’s a stylish super clean hotel. The standard is very high.

Cons: Nothing not to like, a few people comment on the noise, and it is in a busy location so you can sometimes hear what is going on in the street below. However, it did not spoil our stay at all, we loved the room. We had the suite, and it was fabulous! It came with 5 balconies! It is worth noting there is a quieter suite on the first floor, because it has secondary glazing (double doors) so if you’re a light sleeper this could be better. However we preferred to be higher up so they kindly accommodated our request to move to the top floor as soon as it became free.

Pleasant stay in intimate hotel in central Valencia

Pros: Tops - Very central & bike rental nearby - Intimate hotel without fuzz, no porters and guards just reception - WhatsApp service, which is convenient and available all day - Friendly staff at reception makes everything easy - Nicest room we have had in recent years - Small size of hotel feels welcoming - Good breakfast made to order - Elevator convenient for commute & luggage - Roof terrace with views is a bonus - Bar downstairs (Café Madrid) makes excellent cocktails - Small supermarket across hotel entrance - Good chef in restaurant in other Myr hotel in town, and they make birthday cakes to order - We would definitely return

Cons: Tips - Great room, practical comfort could be enhanced with a few easy additions (bar to hang towel, bin in bathroom, small reading / bed light) - Mattresses were not level - Installing more comfortable seating in the room is recommended - Breakfast to go is available but was not there when we had arranged it - Music in public spaces such as roof terrace and breakfast room is not necessary - Bar downstairs could be more invested in hotel guests, they were not when we visited - No restaurant services, which would not be amiss in a 4* hotel, but many options in the area

Pros: What an amazing experience, thanks in large part to Daniele and Belen! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Daniele and Belen truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. They were always ready to help, thought along with us, and did everything with a smile. Nothing was ever too much to ask. Thanks to them, the hotel didn’t just feel like a beautiful place to stay, but truly like a home away from home. Daniele and Belen are absolute stars and a huge asset to the hotel. If you’re staying here, you’ll be lucky if they’re around — because you’ll know your stay will be fantastic. Thank you again for everything!

Pros: The location was very central and close to everything. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and always clean too. There is a bar on the bottom floor called Cafe Madrid and the cocktails are amazing. Each member of staff we spoke to, especially Daniel were great.
