we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the reception team were excellent!

Pros: We arrived early and Gabi on réception sorted luggage storage for us,which in effect, gave us a full extra day to explore Valencia. Ryan in the bar/restaurant also gave excellent service

Cons: Double glazing! Located centrally with a local festival ongoing it could be a bit noisy

Pros: Great location in the old part of the city in easy walking distance of loads of sights, restaurants, bars etc. Room was spacious and staff always very friendly and helpful with any queries.

Cons: The only slight issue for us was our room being above the restaurant which meant we were woken by chairs and tables being moved on hard floors about 6am every morning. Similarly you could also hear any people walking or moving things in the room above, which happened about 5am a couple of days so the rooms aren't very soundproof from noise above or below.

Amazing stay

Pros: Location was so central and walking distance to most places and so many choice for restaurants, hotel was spotless clean and reception staffs were very helpful, have everything we need for our room.

Pros: The staff were excellent, especially the staff at the reception.

Cons: The room had no views. It was a bit too dark around the wardrobe, I had to move my bag out from the wardrobe to the bed to see my stuff properly.
