Convenient central location

Pros: It's location is fantastic with balconies overlooking the main square. Staff are friendly & helpful. The door codes were not too painful, as we thought they might be. Reasonably priced. .

Will stay here again because of it’s perfect location

Cons: Slight hiccup gaining access but once you knew how it was easy

Pros: It had everything that we needed. Fresh coffee/tea, yoghurts, fruit, cheese, pastries, tortilla and pancakes, cold meats, juice

Cons: nothing, it was an excellent continental breakfast

Central location, decent size room with lovely views from balcony.

Pros: Central location and balcony overlooking the square. Room fairly spacious and well equipped. Nice breakfast of cold meat and cheese, Spanish omelette, fruits, bread, orange juice and coffee. Plenty of different herbal teas but sadly no breakfast tea until the morning we were leaving.

Cons: It was a bit tricky to work out how to get to our room once we got into the building but sorted out by making a phone call. Understand why disposable plates, cups and cutlery was used but seems wasteful.

Pros: Great location. Comfortable beds and quite smart rooms. Climate controlled room so it was warm enough and the shower was good. In the heart of Valencia.

Cons: There was no human contact at any point. We did self check in and check out and had no welcoming message. There may have been breakfast included but if there was we weren't made aware. No available drinking water in the rooms or access to drinking water. Coffee maker didn't have instructions and no one to ask so I couldn't make it work. A little bit of service goes a long way.

Great accommodation with deliciosus breakfast

Pros: Excellent facility- spacious, clean, modern. The room my family of three stayed in was big and had a balcony. Comfy beds, coffee machine, all necessities including an iron, hairdryer etc. We stayed only one night but the perk of the stay was definitely the delicious breakfast - from juices, through crepes bangers, ham, cheese to tasty coffee, tea and variety of milk finishing with fruit was just great quality. Communication with the hist and staff at breakfast was very efficient. Definitely a place to stay whilst in Valencia.

Perfect place in central Valencia

Pros: Excellent location, very convenient to check in and out, comfortable room

Pros: A very new hotel in the heart of Valencia. Central to both the old town and new part. Accessible to travel all around Valencia by taxi and Station Nord only a few meters up the road from hotel.

Cons: Paper and wooden cutlery during breakfast was not pleasant. Bfast area very small 2 tables have to be shared by other guests...
