Just book it!

Pros: Lovely staff - extremely welcoming and informative. Asked us if we wanted to upgrade to Junior Suite for a nominal price, which we did. They also gave me a couple of birthday surprises! Food was excellent (breakfast) and so was our room.

Cons: Breakfast room is a little overcrowded - bit of a ballet to move around, but everything else more than over compensated for this.

Perfect single traveller choice

Pros: The hotel has lovely staff and facilities. It is centrally located within the Ciutat Viejo area, 5 mins to Mercat Central and Lonja de Seda. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Plenty of museums to explore. The hotel is also a convenient metro ride and 10 min walk from the station. A perfect choice for a single traveller like myself.

Excellent customer service

Pros: The location was great and I felt very comfortable. It was close to most places, and getting around Valencia was really easy. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again next time I’m in the city.

Cons: Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
