Cons: I would suggest adding a shower curtain, as it’s easy for water to splash all over the bathroom. Also, it would be better to provide a cup instead of a paper glass for tea.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Pros: The location was good and very convenient for most sights of interest

Cons: The cardboard cups in the room! Good there was a kettle but think a proper cup/mug would surely not be too much trouble/expense

Pros: Everything was great. The hotel is in a great location, close to the center. Everything is clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is rich and everything was delicious.

Enjoyable stay, excellent location

Pros: Excellent location, easy to walk to the historic centre and great transport connections to all the further attractions - travelling with a toddler the location was excellent when we needed to pop back in the hotel for a breather. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was good and freshly made every day. We really appreciated the complimentary espresso machine. Staff were all so helpful and provided us with tips on how to organise our time, what restaurants are in the local area and what transport links are available.

Cons: The lift is really tiny when you try to fit in a big suitcase and a stroller. The rooms are on the smaller side and there is no wardrobe, so we had to be very mindful how we organise our clothes through our stay - saying the size is described in the room description, so we knew what to expect.

Pros: Everything was absolutely outstanding. The staff were friendly, kind, and genuinely eager to help, always happy to share valuable local tips and insights. The location is excellent — right in the historic city center, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the Central Market, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with impeccable daily housekeeping, very comfortable overall, and offering a stunning view from the window. Breakfast was truly fabulous, with a wide variety of healthy, high-quality options. I wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend this hotel!

Pros: Very modern, spacious room with super friendly and welcoming staff

Cons: no door on the shower so water splashed into the floor - a bit slippy

Good clean room

Pros: The room was very cozy and clean. I arrived very late and I appreciated the 24 hr front desk.

Cons: As with most hotels, the walls are a bit thin and not very soundproof but it was fine for one night.
