A perfect place to stay to explore the wonderful Valencia!

Pros: The location is great with everything nearby, very clean throughout and comfortable beds. This property also has two bathrooms which is helpful. We loved staying there.

Pros: excellent location, lots of restaurants, shops, supermarket literally on doorstep. apartment was great no complaints. good communication from host kept in touch to make sure everything was okay for us

Pros: Superb location by Gran Mercat, great to pop into for your fruit and fresh food bits, it was a nice clean studio apartment. Bedding and towels changed part way through our weeks stay, quick dust round too. Marta was at the end of a what's app chat for any instructions or questions and was extremely helpful.

Cons: My only problem personally was the stairs, there is no lift (which we knew) but there is a floor 0, so quite a few stairs to the studio apartment on floor 1. Being nearly 68, and after a full day sightseeing, the stairs were quite daunting!! But this is not a reflection of the property itself, just me 😂

Pros: The apartment is located in a perfect spot, everything you need is walking distance. Even though you are in the centre, it is very quiet. The host was super. I had request for an early check in as our flight landed in Valencia at 9 am. They managed to give it to us, as well as a late check out. I would say that everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Perfect location, all the main sightseeing objects of the old town are nearby. If you need to travel further (Oceanarium, Biopark ect) - bus stops in all directions are nearby. When i talk about the apartments, I have one word - cozy, and what could be better than that

Pros: Great location for sightseeing, although staff not on site they were contactable on what's app and communication was great. Very helpful. Great having kettle and coffee making facilites the microwave and the fridge.

Pros: I had a fantastic experience at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed, with great restaurants, shops, and transport options just steps away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
