Very nice Apartment next to the Central market

Pros: Nice and comfortable 2 bedroom Apartment with 2 bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. Clean, bright and well designed with windows towards a cozy little Square with a childrens playground. 2 min walk to the central market and to Supermarkets. Thank you Javier for your warm Welcome. We Look forward to stay at your Place an other time!

Cons: Not a real Problem for us but good to know: situated above a vivid Restaurant with outdoor service till late in the evening.…really quite loud….

All in all we were pleased with the apartment and its location

Pros: Modern, with a good layout. Prime location in the city center close to the old market. A lot of nice places to eat out nearby.

Cons: Glasses and cups could be better. Towels didn't seem too clean... Guest slippers missing.

Nice little apartment located in the heart of Valencia!

Pros: Javier quickly responded when we called to report that there was not hot water; because it was a weekend and no one to fix it, he found a near by and bigger apartment for us to stay. Thank you Javier!

The perfect place for a family holiday

Pros: The apartment is located in the very center of Valencia, very close to Placa de l'Ajuntament. It is located in a new building with an elevator. The host is really nice and helpful. The most important convenience in the apartment is air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable. There are two bathrooms with showers, one of them with a bathtub. The kitchen was fully equipped including sugar, salt and oil. There was also free Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Cons: The only drawback of the apartment is the restaurant located right below it. The noise coming from it can be a bit disturbing, but the host took care of additional soundproofing in the form of internal shutters.
