Sweet comfortable studio

Pros: The staff were super helpful & friendly. They responded right away to any questions ot requests. The apartment was nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchenette. We heard noise from outside later in the evening 11pm-midnight due to the sartment's ground floor location. There was a smell of sewage in the apartment from time to time. I would still recommend staying here as the location to Valencia sights was very good!

Our stay with Singular stays was perfect . The appartement had everything we wanted!

Pros: The location was perfect only a few steps from restaurants and breakfast cafes

Pros: The location is great, right at old town center, close to everything. The apartment was really clean and nice

Cons: The check-in was at 16 and by 16:30 they still hadn’t sent the access informations, so I had to call, write, wait until they information was finally shared. Some toiletries like soap could be available. But overall all good

Fantastic facility, but late check in.

Pros: Plenty of room, able to open large windows for fresh air. Property has a lift which makes luggage handling easy.

Cons: The check in time is very late 4.00 pm, which isn’t convenient for everyone, especially if you have travelled a considerable distance. The information for check-in wasn’t received until 4.30 pm. In 2 months of travelling this has been the only accommodation with such a late and inflexible check-in time. The street address is not included in their Booking.com information - you must request it or you’ll go around in circles like we did!

Very good stay, but be prepared to walk a little upon arrival

Pros: It was very new clean and in the best of locations

Cons: The originally stated address is not the one of the actual location. It is close by but still a few 100 meters to walk. Not ideal in the heat. We ordered a cot which was not there upon arrival. We contacted the agency and there were a few communication issues as the people in the house are not staff of the agency.

Get better customer service and emergency contact

Pros: The property was great! Great location and great place but…

Cons: extreme dissatisfaction with the service we received during our stay. The staff provided very poor customer service, and the breaker/fuse box was not functioning properly. As a result, we spent almost half the night without electricity, with no assistance provided despite having three children with us. When I contacted your team, I was simply told to check the fuse myself. I am not an electrician, and this is unacceptable. For three days, we experienced repeated power outages, and no one was sent to help us at any point. After many calls, someone was sent a day later, but the problem persisted exactly as before, and no permanent solution was provided. This experience caused significant inconvenience and distress for my family. I expect a prompt response and an appropriate resolution to this matter.

Pros: Their apartment was amazing and they were so helpful on the phone.

We loved our stay here, location was brilliant.

Pros: Location was excellent, close to everything. Property felt like home. Had all amenities we needed. Comfortable bed. Opposite a great Italian restaurant.

Cons: We had the ground floor unit and it was dark inside.

Pros: Amazing apartment, very friendly personal who helps with everything immediatley. Great location, couldnt have wished for better stay!
