All-around excellent stay and amazing host

Pros: This was probably the highest level of attention to detail we’ve ever experienced in a vacation home. There was literally everything we could possibly need, even for a longer stay: a very well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine with detergent provided, extra towels, comfortable bedding, etc. The apartment’s location near the Central Market is fantastic. Despite being a studio, the space is incredibly well designed: we stayed for a whole week as a couple and never felt cramped. Our favorite part was the charming little balcony with a lovely view, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine and people-watching in the evening. Check-in was extremely smooth, pleasant and efficient as well. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much, Beatriz! We’ll definitely be back.

Pros: Spacious, well equipped and in a good central location.

Cons: Nothing really. Lift was a bit smelly, but it’s a hot country and things smell sometimes. Not sure the flat owner could do much about this.

Really enjoyable stay in Valencia

Pros: The location in the Old Town was superb, great spot for exploring Valencia from. Plenty of restaurants and Bars a few steps from the Apartment and the Central Market was 30 seconds walk away!!

Cosy & Central stay

Pros: The apartment couldn’t have been cuter, cleaner and provided all the amenities . I couldn’t believe how central and extremely well located it was. Two steps from the Central Market and surrounded by restaurants, shops and attractions. The supermarket it’s on the corner of the building. The host answered all my questions promptly and was extremely accomodating with my check in - check out needs. She was in contact with me since the second I landed. I have already recommended it to my friend whom will stay in Spring. I definitely will go back myself too.

Perfect stay right in the heart of Valencia

Pros: This is what a central property really means - it is literally in the heart of Valencia, so extremely conveniently located. Valencia is about walking and cycling, so if you're fairly mobile and in good shape, you won't need to rely on public transportation at all if you chose to book this apartment. The place is clean and has all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is a joy to start your morning with amazing charcuterie, cheese, vegetables and fruits that you've just bought from Mercat Central and put on your table. Coffee - don't bother to make it yourself, just go downstairs and buy some of the best specialty coffee you'll find in Valencia. La Guashira is only 2 steps away.

Cons: I suppose the AC unit might do a better job in heating the apartment on colder days.
