Pros: The location in the old city was excellent. It's very close to the Central Market and to the most important sights. Great vibe in the area with lots of eateries.

Cons: The sofa and cushions weren't the best quality.

Centrally located apartment with minor maintenance issues

Pros: The apartment is in an ideal location near the historic city centre. The owner sent us detailed instructions on where to park (additional charge of €18 per night), which was helpful given how confusing the layout of the city centre is. We had access to an underground garage a short walk from the apartment.

Cons: Maintenance is an issue. The shower curtain is stained and needs to be replaced. The plunger in the toilet also needs to be replaced. I had to remove the lid and press down on the mechanism to get the toilet to flush. The caulking around the bathtub is messy (uneven). The apartment is unheated. We had to use an electric heater during our stay in December.

Great location, cosy place

Pros: The location is superb, in a very central but quiet place. The apartment is well equipped and cosy.

Cons: There was a bad smell probably form the old building canalization. The cleaner forgot to equip the apartment, so we have to ask for a toilet paper for example.

We stayed 2 days in Valencia, and found the apartment close to a square with many places to eat, and some shopping too.

Pros: It was clean and very comfortable. We appreciated the large bottle of water left for us in the fridge. The balcony was great to sit and watch the world go by! Tea, coffee etc was also in the apartment. It is situated very close to a variety of places to eat and shop. Only a 2 minute walk!

Comfortable convenient good location

Pros: Convenient location and we had microwave toaster fridge and washing machine

Cons: Just a few stairs to go up with suitcases, but all pretty good, thank you

Fantastic apartment and I will definitely use again next time I come to Valencia.

Pros: Location was excellent, very central in a small quiet plaza. Accessing the accommodation was very easy. The flat was spotlessly clean with all that you require for a short break away. Air conditioning was very efficient and quiet. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and also after check out. I have to give a special mention to the lovely housekeeper who was so helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant and a great experience.

Cons: Nothing everything was as described.

Pros: Great apartments in a fantastic location. Spacious and well equipped. Comfortable bedding. We were an extended family and rented 3 apartments - there was a water issue with one of the apartments and it was fixed promptly.

Fabulous place, great location!

Pros: Spacious, great location, fabulous towels and linen, very clean and AC worked fine!

Cons: The sink in the bathroom was a bit blocked so water was not draining well - I am sure it can be easily fixed. Apart from that, fantastic stay!
