Perfect location, good option for price-quality
Pros: Availability of lockers for free is a perfect idea, as it's really very easy to leave your luggage while waiting for the check in. In the apartment you have all necessary staff in the kitchen, bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Be informed that check-in starts as of 4 pm. And I was surprised that email with check-in instructions was sent to me at 3:50 pm. After arriving to the apartment at 5 pm, still it was not ready. We had 2 level apartment, and on the 1 level we had terrible smell of canalisation.

Best location!!!
Pros: The modern and cozy flat has the best location. The market is just around the corner for fresh food for the breakfast and cooking. The kitchen is well equipped. The TV has Netflix for cozy movie nights. We really enjoyed our stay!
Cons: The smell of the wastewater and there was no place to put the wet dishes.

Take a walk through the streets of Valencia!
Pros: - Excellent apartment service! They let us check in much earlier <3 - Great location, perfect base for walking around the city, - The kitchen has all the utensils needed to prepare meals.
Cons: - The smell of the basement - the dampness of an old tenement house, - Kitchen equipment - when planning a short vacation, I would not like to buy everything from the beginning: olive oil, salt or pepper, because it is usually available in such apartments, - Very tight, little space, so you have to squeeze through more than once :(

Great location, close to everything, living room tiny and dark.
Pros: The location was excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect.
Cons: The living room/kitchen was very small, the pictures when booking this apartment made the living room seem much bigger which I believe was a misrepresentation of the property. The bottom of the stairs was protruding well into the living room space creating a serious and constant trip hazard. The stairs had no hand rail either. We had booked for a week for two people, but were only provided with two very small bath towels and two hand towels for the whole week. The living room couch was very uncomfortable, and appeared to be discount style furniture purchased from somewhere like Jysk. From several bookings, this is the first time ever that I have arrived at an apartment that did not have a welcome pack, such as some sachets of coffee, sugar, and so on. I had difficulty getting the door key to work in the door lock, I first reported it to the cleaning lady, then I subsequently emailed the hosts and neither of these notifications were actioned.

Pros: Местоположението е ТОП! Сърцето на стария град. Апартаментът е много чист, удобен, с всичко необходимо.
Cons: Късно настаняване - след 16 ч., комуникацията е скандална, с някакви неадекватни чат-ботове, изобщо мармалад. Сейфти депозит, 100 едни и същи съобщения - \

Pros: très bon emplacement calme au vu de la situation de plein centre vile. Propre, fonctionnel. Idéal pour quelques jours. Possibilité de laisser les valises dans un casier le jour du départ avant le vol comme c'était le cas pour nous.
Cons: Je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait enregistrer sa carte bancaire pour avoir les codes d'entrée et de boîte à clefs.

Super comoda la posizione
Pros: Posizione al top, centralissima e comoda anche per i mezzi pubblici (metropolitana dall’aeroporto)
Cons: Il bagno necessita qualche lavoro di aggiustamento e rinnovamento: lo sciacquone non funziona benissimo e se non si lascia la ventola accesa tutto il giorno emana cattivo odore di umido e fogna

Pros: Posizionato a pochi passi dal mercato centrale e a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalle fermate della metro e del bus per dirigersi alle spiagge o alla Città della Scienza. La camera era molto spaziosa e molto comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario per ogni esigenza.
Cons: Premetto che è stata una permanenza molto comoda e spaziosa. Se devo fare un appunto, ogni tanto fuoriusciva un odore cattivo dal bagno, soprattutto dal wc. Senza questo piccolo difetto, sarebbe un 10/10.
