Great apartment in the heart of Valencia

Pros: The location was brilliant - very central. We were delighted to have found such a large bright apartment in the city centre. The apartment was spotless and modern. Karen was very helpful and provided us with a WhatsApp number to collect the keys from her and get in touch if we needed anything. Great experience.

Great stay in Valencia

Pros: Very good central location, the apartment is well equipped with all that we needed and living room is well decorated, flexible check in time. There is an elevator in the house. 3 separate bedrooms but only 1 bathroom downstairs, not super convenient.

Cons: Bathroom and dormitories are a bit old and dark. We were given just 1 pack of gel and shampoo each, that was not enough for 2 days.

Having the Mercat Central on our doorstep and lovely buzz from some nice bars and restaurants was such a bonus. Great ba

Pros: Perfect location, comfortable, quiet apartment, well equipped and very clean. Terrace lovely and split level gave very spacious feel.

Cons: Expensive but paying for location

Modern, spacious appartment in great location with a very good host but needs some maintanence

Pros: Location great, modern and spacious apartment, very good communication with host.

Cons: Not well maintained in some aspects: kitchen sink didn’t empty properly, pans looked very much used, toilette tank didn’t fill properly, broken towel hooks in bathrooms. The host said he will take care of these.

Wonderful apartment in very central location

Pros: Wonderful apartment in very central location next to central market. Very quiet, no traffic. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very nicely decorated. Duplex with two separate bathrooms. There is a lovely terrace also. Very good contact with Francisco of the managing company.

Perfect spot to enjoy València

Pros: Fabulous location close to everything in old Valencia. Comfortable bed. Clean. Staff very good.

Cons: Nothing much. Only a few small things could have been better.

Lovely apartment, great host, good terrace.

Pros: Central location, close to market and shops. Easy to get to from the Metro. One of the quieter apartments I have stayed in. Two bathrooms. Nice shower upstairs (didn’t try downstairs One). Comfy sofa and lovely terrace getting the sun from about 10.30 to 4pm. It’s got a rustic feel to it but I like that. Apartment itself clearly had a lot of thought and care put into the styling. A few herbs and seasonings in the cupboard which were very welcome. Host was easy to contact and communicate with.

Cons: Lack of cleaning products. No washing up liquid or dust pan and brush. But plenty of dishwasher tablets. Pans probably need going through and getting rid of the ‘seen better days’ ones and maybe adding a few new ones but there were enough decent ones, just had to look through them. The windows downstairs are small so it is a little dark, very cosy in the evenings though, but you do have the terrace upstairs with big windows and because of that the upstairs gets a lot more light.

Perfect location, lovely terrace, lovely apartment

Pros: It felt spacious, airy, clean and quite modern. The terrace was perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evenings. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby, bike hire etc. and an easy walk to most of the main areas. Nice and quiet despite the location.

Cons: Having to clear all the bins to the various recycling points across the square before we left seemed a bit strange given they have a cleaner. Some of the fittings starting to show signs of wear. But minor points really - we’d definitely stay there again.

Pros: Locatie was te gek zo midden in het centrum. Leuk ingericht!
