Sunny Modern Flat by Mercado Central

Pros: The apartment is fabulous! It's extremely sunny, but there's AC. Has three cute, narrow balconies. Each is pretty comfortable for two people, to sit and eat a breakfast. It is clean, tidy and does not show any signs of usage. The only minor disadvantage is a location by a narrow, loud street. Although it's only for pedestrians, you can hear the convos, windows closing and people singing. However, that's how the whole city looks like, so it's hard to avoid any noise.

Pros: It was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a few days stay

Cons: The noise level up to 2am in the morning from the street below was excessive. This of course is not the fault of the property but one needs to be aware before booking. This may well be the case for all residences in the old city. The entry was initially via digital key which didn’t work but this was sorted very quickly with a call to the owners and hard copy keys were in the apartment so this was no longer an issue.

Pros: A welcoming stylish space, thoughtfully furnished and decorated, close to the wonderful market.

Cons: I would advise bringing earplugs if you are a light sleeper - it's the price to pay for a central location.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, otthonos, rendezett apartman

Pros: A szállás kb. 6-7 perc sétára található a Xátiva metrómegállótól, a központban, gyakorlatilag minden séta távolságra. Ebből kifolyólag nyilván zajosabb, mert Valencia él, az emberek vidámak, hangosak. 😊 Mi ezt tudtuk, így nem volt meglepetés. A lakás tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes. Kaptunk kedvezmény kupont egy közeli csomagmegőrzőhöz! Legalább 4 garantáltan gluténmentes étkezési lehetőseg van 2-700 méteren belül, nekünk ez is fontos volt! ❤️

Cons: Minden tetszett! ❤️ Arra figyeljetek, hogy az emeletre nagy bőröndökkel feljutni nehéz, szűk lépcső vezet fel. A telefon ne merüljön le és legyen mobilnet, mert csak így juthattok be a lakásba!

Twijfel niet langer, gewoon boeken!

Pros: De ligging was geweldig. Super centraal maar toch rustig. Vanaf het kleine balkonnetje had je de gehele dag zon. De keuken was compleet en alles was aanwezig (vuilniszakken, toiletpapier, föhn, afwasmiddel, bestek, glazen etc). Het contact met de eigenaresse verliep heel soepel.

Cons: Alleen het trappenhuis was wat smal met een grote koffer. Daarnaast gaat de deur automatisch open en dicht met een link naar een website. Op zich heel handig en perfect qua inbraakpreventie. Maar vooral bij de voordeur moet je wel goed checken of deze ook weer op het slot gaat.

Pros: Todo, en especial la comodidad de la cama, la perfecta ubicación, y la honradez de la mujer de la limpieza que se encontró con mi iPhone bajo del sofá, el cual se me cayó al salir de la vivienda sin que me diese cuenta y al que ya daba por perdido, e hizo que la dueña se pusiese en contacto conmigo antes de que nos fuésemos de Valencia.

Cons: El tema de subir las maletas a un tercero por las escaleras tan estrechas es un poco incómodo, pero compensa con creces la ubicación, la atención de la dueña y del servicio.
