A practical apartment in a very good, quiet spot

Pros: Very central. Clean and simple but with everything required.

Cons: Sitting room could have been a bit less sparse and my son said the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Great family stay!!

Pros: Well the property was super central, and i liked a lot the balconies facing central market. The staff was very welcoming and helped us in everything. The apt offers a great solution for a group of 4+ people.

Wonderful stay

Pros: A wonderful stay, a pleasant and comfortable apartment, with spacious rooms and all the appliances we needed. The location is great, central, only 2 minutes away from the market and the important sights of Valencia.

Comfortable, spacious property in an excellent location

Pros: The location is amazing, with the central square right on your doorstep. If you are looking to explore Valencia this is the perfect place. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable, ideal if you are staying in a group.

Cons: Any communication with the staff that I had they were very rude. I was told when we booked that we could leave our luggage, only when I contacted them the week before we arrived they told me they no longer offered this. We had to walk a long way with our luggage and I asked if there was anywhere nearby where we could store it and I was met with \

Pros: I messaged the host ahead of time to ask if we could leave our luggage anywhere. They explained that there was nowhere to leave the luggage but shared details of local lockers. It turns out they didn’t have a booking the night before, so they let us know that we could actually check in early and drop our luggage which was fantastic and much appreciated. The location is amazing and so central. I expected it to be noisy at night but it wasn’t. The air conditioning was great. The view from the terrace is incredible. It gets so hot on the terrace, so if I was pushed to make a recommendation for an improvement, it would be to add a fan out there so you can enjoy it throughout the day. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I’d definitely recommend.

Cons: Only thing we’d improve is having a large fan on the terrace so that is can be used in the day time because it’s beautiful but too hot to use in the day.

Pros: Excellent location. Lots of space inside. 2 bathrooms. Modern design

Cons: No water in downstairs shower and leak from upstairs bath.

Pros: Perfect location: everything you need is just right near the apartment (cafes, restaurants, convenient underground parking, big food market etc). Kitchen amenities, air conditioning system, elevator, smart locker - all these stuff give to your city experience some extra points.

Cons: The beds were not too comfy. It’s ok for a short stay, for the longer period it would be not convenient for the super comfortable sleep. Only two blankets for seven beds. Rather old towels, only big size.

Good but missing a female touch

Pros: Lots of space and lovely comfy beds. Most of the basic comforts were covered.

Cons: Poor design. No mirrors in bedroom. Only 3 hangers per person. Bedrooms in noisy area, lounge in quiet area. Why so many cupboards in hall? Why massive lights in bedrooms that left so little room on bedside table for belongings?
